I paid for 6 orders of Snackin' Bacon, a large strawberry coolatta, 2 large black cherry refreshers, and a large frozen coffee chiller, but one order of snackin' bacon was missing from my order. Mistakes happen, but what made this even more frustrating was that I repeatedly tried calling the store to have the issue resolved, and no one answered the phone. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be complete and to have a way to reach someone if there's a problem. It's disappointing to spend my hard-earned money and not receive everything I paid for, only to be ignored when trying to contact the store. Customer service is just as important as getting the order right. I hope this location does better by checking orders before handing them out and answering the phone when customers need assistance. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning.
