- SASabi AhayevaJul 30, 20261.0We stopped by this location to grab some food and chose the drive-thru since there were no cars in line, barely any customers inside, and it looked like it would be a quick stop. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but quick. The employee taking our order wasn't paying much attention, and when we got to the payment window, we realized we had been charged for the wrong order. There were only two employees working, and the same person who took our order was also preparing the food. When we politely explained that the order was incorrect, the employee responded unprofessionally, saying, "I don't know what they want," and sent the other employee to deal with us instead. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told, "Honey, my manager isn't even here. She's out of town." At no point did anyone apologize or take ownership of the mistake. While they corrected the order, the service became noticeably slower, causing a line of cars to build up behind us. What should have been a simple five-minute pickup turned into a 25-minute wait because of an error that wasn't ours. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, the communication was disrespectful, and the entire situation was handled poorly. I hope the food is at least prepared correctly, as the employee making it seemed visibly frustrated and angry throughout the interaction. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Hash browns were burnt and extremely old not to mention my egg on my croissant was undercooked along with the sausage. My husband paid for extra bacon on his croissant and received none. Our experience was very unpleasant And I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy!! A waste of money Bc I threw my food where it belongs…In the Trash!!

I figured they are not rushed so they should be able to read an order and execute it.. for 2 people.. I was wrong.. again.. the coffee was just over warm.. not hot.. the sandwich was made wrong.. simple things.. and Dunkin just can't do it.. they have no quality control.. just seems employees of all Dunkins really dont care.. I guess we will stop going.. we will spend our money elsewhere.
