I don’t know who’s managing this place but the things that have been happening here are a bit bizarre. Ordered inside a 6 dollar meal deal. The person taking the order had no idea what I was even ordering and I had to them what to put into the system. I wait about 10 mins, having gotten my coffee and donut, and the employee working the front (1 other employee was working the drive through) informed me that she didn’t know how to make my order. I told her she needed to ask the other lady, which she seemed incredibly apprehensive to do. Even she asks if the drive through person knows how to make the wraps, she says yes and continues to work her own orders. Another 5 minutes pass and I ask her to go ask her how to do it again. She says okay, and then gets told seemingly almost nothing about the process, ans she front of house person makes the attempt to make a wrap. It does not go well. Why are there untrained employees in charge of 100% of in person orders?

My husband, child, and I love Dunkin' and visit many locations whenever we travel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we've had. When we arrived, the drive-thru line was very long, so we decided to go inside. Once inside, we found that the self-ordering kiosk was out of service, so we waited for an employee to take our order. After placing our order, everyone in my family received their drinks and food while I was left waiting for my medium hot Caramel Craze Latte. As I continued to wait, several customers came in after us and received their orders before mine. When I finally asked about my drink, the employee who took my order was walking around trying to find my ticket and seemed unwilling to make the drink until the ticket was located. I even suggested that they simply remake the order, but that was not done. Thankfully, a manager eventually stepped in, asked what I was waiting for, and quickly resolved the issue. Once she learned that the delay was due to a missing ticket, she instructed the employee to stop searching and simply make the drink. The manager then took over and prepared it herself. She was the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. While waiting, I also noticed several cleanliness issues throughout the store. There were no napkins available for customers, cups were scattered on the floor behind the counter, and the overall work area appeared disorganized and untidy. Despite having multiple employees on duty, it did not seem like anyone was focused on keeping the restaurant clean or stocked. Management needs to address these operational and cleanliness issues. Losing customer orders, making customers wait unnecessarily, and allowing the store to appear messy creates a poor experience and reflects badly on the brand. This location is in need of significant improvement if it hopes to meet the standards customers expect from Dunkin'.

I see why this Dunkin has a poor rating. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and they would not make anything including a Latte. Also heard them complaining that people were still coming in at 10 to.

Luv dunkin but my visit here was a downer. If it wasn't for Sohme [hope the spelling is right] and her good customer service 2me, the rating would have been lower. The customers after me must be regulars because the look on their faces showed disappointment that they are settling for food prepared lackluster and service thrown to the winds. One worker even refused to prepared my b'fast sandwich after Sohme asked. Terrible.
