  Arrive at 6PM on a week day just to be told they are out of barbacoa and white rice?? Yet hours are until 11? Seems like being out of things is pretty consistent with several people’s experiences here. Disappointed for such poor service given they just opened. Hopefully Ladson Road location opens soon to be able to avoid this one.

  I've been here multiple times including opening day. The food and service continues to get worse. The employees are trying their best, but this store needs better training and management. Supply chain has never NOT been an issue here. Most of the times I've been here, there was a lack of ingredients that weren't disclosed beforehand. Portions are inconsistent, and drive thru lines have priority of ingredients. There is little value to being a dine-in costumer.

  There was no grilled vegetables, no corn, no pico, no black beans and none of this was disclosed to me before I ordered. I asked them what the wait time was, and they said they just didn’t have any of that being made. So, on the counter was a bowl of meat and rice, and a burrito with meat and rice, and no options for toppings. I still bought it because I didn’t want to waste food, but something definetly should have been mentioned before I waited in line and started my order and got to the toppings. Brand new open chipotle and I walked out of there with half of my order for the same price.

  Placed an online order to pickup through the digital pick up lane outdoors. It’s Mothers Day and we wanted a quick pickup. Ordered through the app at 12:40 with a 1:00 “pickup” time. Got into the digital pickup line at 1:04 with 2 cars in front of me…only to get my food from the window at 1:30 PM. This is the second time I have had this experience, since they opened. 2-stars, because the food WAS good and the window attendant was pleasant. Get the timing improved and this is a 5-star location. Feels like the staff just need a Ted Lasso #BELIEVE speech.

  Very disappointed to find a chunk of plastic in my meal, not sure if it's a piece of a plastic glove or what it is. I was chewing a bite of steak and spit it out because I thought it was a piece of fat and then I saw the plastic. I don't know if I consumed any plastic. This was delivered via Uber eats and the restaurant took a very long time to get it here not sure why (The driver was waiting there for a long time). I then spread the meal out on a tray to look for more plastic but didn't find any. See pictures.
