  I’ve been here about 5 times now and I’m very never been disappointed. I drive from Mount Pleasant to Dorchester Rd to get my fix because I believe this is the best one in the Charleston area. Great work Team

  literally you walk in and they do anything else but speak to you. there were 4 people behind me and none of were even looked at. awful attitude from the girl with the lip piercing "they can wait i dont care" literally do a staff sweep and start from scratch!!!

  I placed an order online, they had a special going on. The bag was soaking wet by the time I got home and there was no napkins or utensils for an order of three bowls. The restaurant was relatively customer free so I’m not sure why a little more care wasn’t used. The food was fine- just disappointed by the lack of forethought. In the future, just assume that guests want forks and napkins. Thanks.

  Tried going here twice. The first time was ok and I knew they were still trying to work through kinks! They were out of quite a few things at 4pm. No biggie but today the person with the pink and blue buns was extremely rude. Got another rice bowl. Barely put rice and when I asked for a little bit more beans as it wasn’t even a full scoop they got an attitude. I asked for the guac on the side then asked how much it would be. They pointed to the glass. I should have seen it but I didn’t have my glasses on. I should have taken a picture of my bowl. It was barely hallway full. They were out of the vegetables again and this time I went at 3. I would maybe talk to them about customer service. The rolling of eyes and sighing was rude.

  I made my husband drive us 45 minutes from Hollywood because my pregnancy cravings decided I absolutely had to have the new chicken. 🤣 I’m talking “cried when he said we could go” levels of craving, so the expectations were HIGH! When we got there, there were only three employees working, and you could tell they had been having a busy day. Abigail made our bowls, and even though I had never been to this Chipotle before, she immediately made us feel welcome. She greeted us with the biggest smile and was genuinely so kind throughout our entire order. She never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience, even with everything they clearly had going on. Everything looked and smelled amazing, our bowls were made perfectly, and Abigail’s attitude honestly made the whole 45-minute pregnancy-craving adventure worth it. Abigail, thank you for being so sweet and for making our day! Give this girl a raise—she absolutely deserves it!! ❤️
