  The customer service here is absolutely terrible. All of the employees have horrible attitudes. Nakita is the name of the employee on the receipt, but both of the employees on the floor were completely annoyed, unenthusiastic, and flat out rude. The chicken is cold, the lettuce is browning, etc. which made me wish I hadn’t stopped to eat here. When I come to chipotle, I expect fresh ingredients as advertised. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to and wouldn’t ever go to Chipotle again had this been my first time.

  We walked In there and it was extremely busy. They only had one person working the line who was extremely slow and when we finally got up to the front line to get our food, the girl was rationing on every single portion and I had to ask for extra of everything to get a decent amount of portions. And when i asked for a large side of queso she only filled it up half way and I asked her to fill it more and she only did a little scoop to where it didn’t even do anything. The cleanliness of the place was awful, there was trash throughout the entire restaurant and the workers were really snarky and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend going.

  The big black female I assume she’s the manager by the way she walks around bossing people around, she has a bad attitude and an unpleasant way of handling customers. If I go and she’s there I know I’m only getting half scoops of everything. Last time I went I asked for more veggies and she literally picked up 1 onion, you’d think they were coming out her check.

  I went to get a burrito around 10:50am, I was first in line but was ignored by employees who had airpods on. I'm a very patient person & would've understood if they said someone would be right with me but it took several minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me & tell another employee to take my order. I ordered carnitas & when the employee taking my order asked her coworker if he was making it he ignored her & walked away. On top of it all there was a small rock in my burrito which I bit into. I will not be going back to this location.

  I was really excited to take my family to the new chipotle since the others ones in the area are horrible. I loved chipotle when I lived in Charlotte and expected the same great taste and atmosphere. So since this is a new location that has opened I was hoping that it would have the same high standards. Now the young girl that fixed our plates was amazing. She’s really the only thing I can give a positive review about. The food was poor and very bland. My pinto beans hardly had any flavor and seemed almost undercooked. Everyone else got black beans and said the same thing. My Barbacoa was dry and no flavor. Very tiny portions of protein. And lastly where the utensils and condiments are, nasty. The forks and spoon cups were all grimy and dirty inside; Very unsanitary! So we just waited till we got home. Really disappointed from this let down.
