  Went downhill so fast. I used to come here regularly in early 2023, throughout 2025, and here and there in 2026. Every time I come back this year, it seems to be getting worse. Today around 2:40 PM on May 16, 2026, while waiting in line to get a bowl, I witnessed a very unprofessional interaction. The customer in front of me asked for lettuce with some chicken, but instead the employee threw the entire bowl with food into the trash. It seemed careless and unnecessary. Everyone has bad days, but the attitude and lack of professionalism went way too far.The tall lady with glasses at the front was also socializing loudly with coworkers while helping customers. There also seemed to be multiple order mistakes. I personally asked for dine-in but was initially given takeout, while other customers in front of me appeared to have similar mix-ups. I asked for a good amount of chicken, but it seemed to be misunderstood as “extra chicken.” When I got to the register, I was told I had asked for extra chicken, even though I never did. What made the situation worse was hearing comments about another customer having to pay for a wasted bowl when that was not what the customer originally asked for. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially with staff seeming to gang up and make comments after the customer left. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I had to say something. I used to be a regular here because the staff was always good not perfect, but good enough that I never felt the need to leave a bad review. Unfortunately, this visit changed that. Management seriously needs to take a closer look at the customer service here. Sadly, today marks the last day I’ll be coming to this Chipotle after being a regular customer for years.

  What have happened here recently? Use to be my favorite place to eat for lunch now half the time I have to order online and the other half they’re closing early. I’m tired of giving them chances now.

  Worse Chipotle I've even been in, staff are very nasty.... half the time they do not accept you walk in and place an order, online only of a Sunday at 6pm in evening

  I went to chipotle at 9:32 and they said they close at 10 I knocked in the door and the worker did a gesture saying they were closed. I left disappointed with my friend because we really wanted the food. I certainly will be back because the chicken is so good. I had to go to chick fil an instead which was open.

  I have been to countless Chipotle locations around the US including in airports and this location is unfortunately the worst location I have been to. At the time I went the pinto beans were extremely old and fortunately they were thrown out and a fresh batch were brought out. They did not have any black beans available and would have to wait on those. The staff were okay but not very friendly. Most seemed like they did not want to be there. They were out of forks in the lobby so I had to ask for one. The lady handed me one and I thanked her but received no acknowledgement. The lobby/seating area was not clean and they were out of forks and spoons. They were not very busy when I went in so I do not understand why the area looked as poorly as it did. The worst part is when I was eating the chicken bowl I ordered it did not taste right. I was hungry so continued eating it...which was a very bad decision. I spent quite a bit of time over the next day and a half on or at the toilet. Even if I lived locally it would not be a location I would return to.
