  They got the entire online order wrong. Ordered a kids cheese quesadilla, a steak and cheese quesadilla and a steak quesadilla. Each one was not what I ordered.

  Prep food area to make your bowls, wasn't fresh at all!!!! The food there isn't worth the money you pay out for each extra toppings. Our family could of went to nicer restaurant like Olive garden and got quality fresh food and service. I suggest if you want Mexican food go to a Mexican restaurant. At least you would get Quality,fresh food, and better customer service. Dinner plate and sharing a 🍹 with your husband is cheaper than what we spent on 3 bowls there. That is CRAZY!!! OUR first time trying Chipotle's and now I'm not FAN!!!!!

  Arrived just before 9. Closing time is 11. Food table was already being broken down and chairs put up on table. Food was good but definitely not a welcoming. Was going to eat in but took it out instead

  First time coming here was perfect, second time the rice was hard and tasted strange like it was old and reheated Third time the food didn't look fresh ,the server act like she didn't want to be there, she put VERY little steak on my meal ,I pointed that out she then threw a few pieces on it Then she went over to the cashier and whispered something while looking at me So I asked the cashier what did she say while looking at me, he said that she told him to charge me an extra $6 I told him hell no, I'm not paying $20 for a small bowl of food, he said no problem they will give that order to the homeless and I can reorder my meal so I did and she put even less steak on my meal this time then she looked at me and took a large spoon and dipped one tiny piece of steak and tossed it on my meal, I looked at her and left Taking my business elsewhere I won't be coming back there anymore I'll be going to the Savannah highway location where the serving area looks clean and the portions are generous. I work hard for my money and I want to be treated like they appreciate my business and want me to come back
