Since my location is being remodeled I decided to stop by Tanger on my way home from work. The food has been fresh each time I have gone and the staff is always amazing.

The last time I went I had gotten two meals with Mac and cheese, and they had forgotten both mac and cheeses. I waited for someone to come out and after almost ten minutes they took my bag and came out after an additional 5 minutes with the mac and cheese. At no point did they say sorry or my bad which is honestly shocking for how important customer services is for Chick fil a. I gave them another chance because I was wanting just an ice cream cone and thought that would be an easy in and out item. I have now been in line almost twenty minutes for a $2 order. It is baffling .

They're just chit-chatting slow walking they did not care that there was a long line waiting so whoever the manager is that is running this place has no control maybe they're new I don't know but I will never go to this one again and I will find somewhere else to go this is crazy slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to
- JKJordan KapralSep 18, 20261.0This is honestly THE WORST Chick-fil-a I have ever been to! Look, I average going to CFA about twice a week. I have given this place it's fair chance. But every single time we go, we are disappointed, and I think this place has officially lost my business. #1 the wait time. Anytime we go through the drive through, it has been a 20 minute wait FOR DRINKS ONLY. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when going inside, we waited 13 minutes for food, and another 13 afterwards for them to finally deliver drinks. #2 their sweet tea. I feel like CFA is known for having delicious sweet tea. It's honestly one of my top reasons for eating at CFA. But this location has consistently had rancid tea. Either they use dirty water, never clean their equipment properly, or they just let it sit for way too long... it's disgusting. #3 the employees. Normally CFA employees go above and beyond with their service. I should know, I go there a lot, and I remember their names and things about them when we go to certain locations, as they do for me! They are always professional, kind, considerate, and friendly! But at this location, I feel like an inconvenience to them. They are unprofessional and make the customer feel like they'd rather be anywhere else. I get it, they're at work, and maybe they do wish they were somewhere else. But the CFA company holds their employees to a higher standard, and this location isn't it! Rarely do i see a smile, most of them don't pay any attention to customers unless we flag them down, and the tone of voice some use is unpleasant. #4 environment. This isn't high up on my complaints. However, anytime we've eaten inside, the trashcans have been full and/or overflowing. If it was like that was for a few minutes during a rush I'd get it; but it was not a rush, and it stayed that way for 30+ minutes. No other CFA I've been to has let that slide, even during their busiest rush. TL/DR: Avoid this CFA at all cost. For the amount of time you'd wait in line, you could drive to a different CFA and get better food and nicer people.
