- BABenjamin AndrewJun 18, 20261.0This chick fil a is consistently the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I live nearby so I frequent this establishment quite often unfortunately. The sweet tea never tastes right: like as if they use dirty water when brewing or they never clean the nozzles of their tea canisters. Drive thru wait times are extremely inconsistent and usually long. I have seen numerous times where the drive through was so backed up it wrapped the whole building, preventing people who just got their food from leaving. Instead of routing cars to the mobile thru, they allow cars to continue to sit until people get tired and break away from the line.

The app instructed me to pull around and speak to a team member. A little boy came up to me, asked my name, and when I told him my name and that my phone wouldn't scan the code, he just turned and walked away without even saying anything. Then proceeded to keep walking past me taking other cars behind me their orders. Eventually another boy came over, I told him the code didnt scan, and then he did the same thing for another 10 minutes. Finally he came and asked me a 3rd time my name and after sitting there for 35 minutes watching them walk back and forth like I wasnt even there, they brought out my food. I really don't complain about stuff like this ever, if I'm leaving a review it's pretty much always for positive reasons, but I can't lie this really irritated me. This location always has a slow backed up line too. Id rather drive farther to a different one than deal with that again. The food is always great though, just make sure you have at least an extra 20 minutes to sit in line.

The team members seemed unhappy to be there, and the food was not up to the Chick-Fil-A normal standards. After receiving our food we had to ask separately for our drinks, ice for our drinks, plastic wear, napkins, and straws. After eating, we ordered another separate sandwich, and waited nearly 20 minutes for it.

The rooms are well kept and modern - bathrooms were clean and the pool area is so relaxing. If you don’t mind the road noice or airplanes it’s perfect to sit outside by the pool! I would definitely come back again. The member lounge is worth the upgrade with free snacks and beverages all day and night and the sitting area in there is quite comfortable.
