I had ordered lemon pepper rub all the kitchen did was give me plain wings old dry and sprinkled lemon pepper rub on them. Kitchen staff needs to be trained properly! Make fresh wings when ordered! BWW SHOULD MAKE FRESH WINGS NOT SERVE DAY OLD WINGS OR MORNING COOK WINGS. My Family has been with Inspire Brand for 25 years. Store needs to get organized The Bar Staff and Servers are great also Girls up front for take out excellent. The male manager with Detroit hat on is very good. The other female manager that worked on 06/05/2026 Brunette needs some more training in customer service.

He charged our card before we even got any food . And still waited 40mins after charge to get any food . Sides were cold . Chicken was fresh . Bartender needs to get a better attitude if he doesn’t want to work CLOSING !! If the restaurant says close at 12am . You shouldn’t feel some type of way of give customers shitty service for coming in at 10:50!!!! Regardless . The hours posted are from 11am-12am!!!!!!!! Doesn’t say anything about kitchen being closed at 11pm!!!! If you have a problem take it up with your MANAGER!!!
- DRDon RutterMay 26, 20263.0Gut served old wings that were pre cooked when I got the drums, they were cold and very crunchy, which means they were old.Even the flats were a precook, not hot at all.The service was very good at the bar and the manager came over.And we had a conversation and was told that there were not free cooks, but I have been eating wings long enough to know when they're fresh and when they're not
