    I ordered the two for 19.99. The burger I ordered was so greasy. The bottom bun was soaked. The fries tasted stale. Very disappointed in the meals. Also I ordered burger without mustard, and of course mustard was on it. I do not like mustard, so my meal was ruined. As you can see on receipt I asked for no mustard.

    It was my birthday. I really just wanted my birthday wings and to have a drink with my girl. I placed a to-go order, so that our food would be ready to eat by the time we got there. It was 1.5 hours until close. They were appalled when we mentioned wanting to eat there. Refused us outdoor seating and told us we had to sit at the bar if we did want to eat there. (The app literally says, "save time and order ahead") There were 6 people at the bar and 2 occupied tables. My girlfriend and I walked towards the bar and debated sitting or just leaving, when an angel of a waitress came out and started speaking to us like actual human beings. If I could give just her a five star and fire everyone else, I would. She seated us at a booth and we had a good time from there. The food was still pretty good, but not worth the hassle

    Me and my family came in sat the 26 around 2:30pm we ordered 2 6 piece boneless with onion rings and one with fries and tenders with fries we waited 45 minutes to get are food and when we did it was cold there is no excuses on why we waited that long for chicken that goes in the deep frier especially considering there was 5 other table in the restaurant at the time we ordered 75 dollars for cold food shame on you

    Tried this location out first time on 9/11 and went to the bar with a friend. After waiting almost 10min for a menu or even a hi or hello I was already having a bad feeling. My friend was saying we need to just leave because it's a red flag from. The start. So I decided to stay because I was a bartender, and I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the bartender there. He was a taller possibly American Indian or Hispanic or Latin guy with a hat wearing backwards. He gave the absolute WORST service for a bartender. We had to ask for everything and there we times we would just sit there with empty drinks for 10min or longer. My friend was saying we need to complain but I said we will let it go to try to be nice. So then I decided to try again today and sure enough he just gives terrible service. I asked for drinks or a lemon for my water and he never brought it to me. I ask for napkins and he never brought it to me. I had to ask the other lady that was working again for everything I asked him to do. So yes he is a problem and needs to find another job because he is a terrible bartender. Nobody should be waiting over 10min or longer to get their drinks. Also I see other people complaining about him in these reviews and that is proof that it's not the customer that is the issue.

    ⭐️⭐️ I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated during my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I was seated at the bar and clearly informed the staff that I was getting up to use the restroom. When I returned, a family of three had taken the seats where I had been sitting. What was unacceptable was the way the staff handled the situation. Rather than acknowledging that I had already been seated there and simply stepped away temporarily, I was moved to another seat without anyone asking me or even giving me the courtesy of an explanation. If the restaurant needed to accommodate a family of three, there was absolutely nothing wrong with communicating that with me. I could have been approached respectfully and asked if I would mind moving. Instead, the decision was made for me as though my seat and my presence as a paying customer did not matter. I understand that restaurants get busy, but that does not excuse poor communication or disrespectful customer service. Once a customer is seated and tells staff they are temporarily stepping away, the appropriate thing to do is communicate before giving that person’s seat to someone else. This was handled poorly, and management should address how situations like this are handled in the future. Customers should not have to return from the restroom to discover that their seat has been given away and then be told where they are going to sit without anyone asking them.
