  Robbie made our visit to Bonefish Grill absolutely outstanding! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. The food was fantastic, but Robbie’s exceptional service is what truly made the experience memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to receive service this professional, personable, and consistent. Love from VA!!!

  Went here for my birthday week, and the food was absolutely stunning. I had the rainbow trout with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The trout fillet was cooked great and the skin was crispy and buttery. The asparagus was soft and the mash potatoes were fluffy and buttery as well. I also had a watermelon daily spirit free drink, and a pineapple cheesecake to go. Compliments to the chefs, and Trinity was a great waiter. Great atmosphere, and the decor is great. Loved the open bar. The employees outfits are also great. I'm going to come back to try the lobster as it also looked good.

  A consistently pleasant dining experience with a focus on fresh seafood and well-balanced flavors. The dishes were beautifully presented, and everything tasted clean and carefully prepared, especially the fish, which was cooked just right and not overdone. The atmosphere is comfortable and slightly upscale without feeling too formal, making it suitable for both casual dinners and special occasions. Service was attentive, professional, and well-timed throughout the meal. Overall, a reliable place for quality seafood and a relaxed evening out. We left satisfied and would gladly return again

  We have visited Bonefish several times over the years as Charleston residents. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing. We wanted to watch tennis on the TV above the bar and asked to sit at a high-top table but were told the bar area had been over-seated. Our server was kind and attentive, but several issues affected the experience. We received a dirty glass, which we pointed out to a server. One of my forks and my knife were also dirty, so I set them aside and used the clean fork. Both salads were overdressed, though we ate as much as we could. The Blackened Chicken Eggrolls and Crab Cakes were flavorless. Our server graciously removed the eggrolls from the bill. We understand this may have been a one-off situation, but clean glassware and silverware are essential. Please remind the staff to be more attentive in that regard. As for the food, we had not tried either dish before and will not order them again. Thank you for your time and attention.

  My husband and I eat here at least once a month. We have a great experience each time. The hostesses are always pleasant. Tonight they were really sweet and welcoming. Our server Robbie was attentive, warm, friendly. He made our dining experience wonderful. My husband had the specialty Ribeye. He thoroughly enjoyed it. It was cooked to perfection, fork tender, and deliciously seasoned. Our compliments go out to Justin, the chef who cooked it. I had the Cod Imperial. It was delicious, as usual and flaked perfectly. Tonight’s experience was amazing, as usual. Thank you to the staff tonight. We greatly appreciate you.
