I checked the box and it's missing the biscuit. I put my car in reverse since no one else was in the drive thru and the girl says "oh you need your biscuit?" So she knew it wasn't in the box but didn't care enough to say anything. When I said yes she said well it's going to be 10 minutes! I was like no can I get something else? You can get a Bo-berry biscuit but that's going to be 5 minutes. I asked if I could have another choice and she just said no. Whatever happened to customer service?? I said nevermind and just left. When I get home and look at the chicken supremes they were so small! What a waste of $10! Even the chicken thighs were all skin and barely any meat. The employees at this location just don't care and shouldn't be working in customer service. Save your money and time and find yourself another chicken place.

God bless yall. Drove away and on N Rhett waiting to do a u-turn and here comes the same guy running towards our car with the biscuits they forgot. HE RAN ACROSS N RHETT AVE to give us our biscuits. Customer service 10/10 this man deserves a raise
