Just for us to turn around and walk out after 15 minutes of waiting, for the lady to take the people's orders right behind us. Plus this location smelled like dirty mop water right when you walk in the facility.

God bless yall. Drove away and on N Rhett waiting to do a u-turn and here comes the same guy running towards our car with the biscuits they forgot. HE RAN ACROSS N RHETT AVE to give us our biscuits. Customer service 10/10 this man deserves a raise

Ordered the berry biscuits with our meal and she said it would be a 5min wait...no problem. 15mins later waiting in our car, watching 3 other cars come and go, I went inside to see what was going on. Our food AND biscuits were just sitting there. A very nice older woman asked me if I needed anything. The drive thru attitude girl, looked at me, rolled her eyes and said we're waiting on the chicken steak. The older woman looked in the bag, everything was in there! So this girl was making us sit there for her hell of it. Find another job! I hope they kick her behind out of there 👌
