  I won't go back here. I got some coupons for Arby's. I hadn't been there for some time, so I tried this one. The staff were courteous and seemed competent. That evening I had some issues, but I had eaten other stuff so no worries. A couple of weeks later I tried it again. Same result. Still, I didn't want to jump to conclusions. I tried them one more time yesterday. 3 for 3. What's worse I tried 3 different items (beef sandwich, chicken sandwich, and ham sandwich). Clearly it's not just a bad batch of one item, but a systemic issue. I'm done with them.

  It's sad that the Ashely Phosphate location never has the Jamocha shakes because when they get busy the machine is magically "down." Our business and employees now have to rely on Chick-Fil-A for our employee shake needs. As a GM myself, this is pretty upsetting.

  I ordered a double beef and cheddar with extra cheese and when I checked to see if there was extra cheese and there wasn't I asked for more cheese. The server refused to give me more cheese on my sandwich and even the manager refused to accommodate me. They were both very rude and unprofessional and won't be going there anymore. I highly advise to stay clear of this store. They obviously don't know proper customer service. They should be fired. Left the store highly aggravated.

  Hey so I ordered and I guess the fries fell over and general manager decided to grab the fries off the table with her hands with no gloves and put it back in my bag why is their no gloves being used, I never seen her watch her hands
