I usually love to stop here in my way home after visiting my daughter. This place today was terrible. We aired sinking and the line wasn’t even long When we were at the very front they finally took our order. They they said they couldn’t hear me. The reason is because the music was unusually loud. Then asked for a straw and the girl walked away . My husband had to get out and get the straw for me.

The only reason i’m giving this two stars is bc the staff are all very nice and work fast. I got a pumpkin blondie iced latte and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. It tasted like drinking syrup and had no coffee flavor. If that’s how you like your coffee then you’d like it but i’ve genuinely never had a coffee anywhere that tasted as sweet as the one i had today.

Love the staff here! Drinks are always right and they will fix it if it’s not. All around great experience every time. Also they move quickly. I told a staff member that I got a great drink once and then it was made wrong every time after that we went through my history to ensure they were using the right ingredients she personally adjusted the amounts ensured I liked it before I left.

This location is meh. Not as quick and friendly as other locations we've been too. Very long wait, though once we made it around to the front, it looks like they were understaffed or short handed. Coffee was OK. Returned the next day, and horrible management for the promotion. Manager turning customers away trying to walk up and pick up mobile orders.

The last 3 times I have gone to 7brew I have had good customer service, EXCEPT, they have messed up my drink every time. I have asked and explained what type of syrups I would like in my latte and they have typed it on the iPad and even showed it to me to see if it’s correct. Every time I get my drink it’s just an oatmilk latte. Their regular oatmilk latte is good, but I would like what I asked and paid for.
