  I go to 7brew regularly and the drinks are always good. The staff is friendly but it doesn’t seem like this location has enough staff. Typically there’s 2 people in each lane. One walking and taking orders and one distributing the drinks at the end of the lane. This location doesn’t do that. It’s one person in each lane and they stand at the end of the drivethru by the kiosk, taking orders and handing out drinks. It also doesn’t seem like they have enough staff inside to make the drinks. I love 7brew truly, but waiting 15 minutes for a drink is crazy. I also used the mobile app and somehow 3 people behind me got their drinks before me and were also stuck in line waiting for me.

  Depends on the day you go and what shift is on. Sometimes they take a whole row of orders before they even touch another row. So you're waiting in line while the other line leaves with their orders, they should rotate one car in each line back-and-forth. Once you're in line you're stuck, they should have a way of getting out If you are sick of waiting for poor customer service. Got in line 1138 did not get my drink until 1154... not cool

  I was staying at a hotel nearby. I had a VERY early morning appointment and needed coffee to get me going. This location opens early. There was a line before 6am, but it wasn't too long. The team working there was quick, efficient, and my order was accurate. I asked for a flavor suggestion for my latte, because I was too tired to think, and the server helped me find something good. I can't have dairy, she was understanding and careful with my order. They had a couple non-dairy milk options. The latte was great and really helped me start my day right!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Madie deserves a raise… or at least unlimited coffee privileges! ☕️ She somehow remembers orders, keeps the line moving, and still manages to make everyone feel like they’re the only customer there. She’s friendly, funny, and has the kind of positive attitude that’s contagious before the caffeine even kicks in. If your drink tastes extra good today, it’s probably because Madie made it. Thanks for always starting my day with a smile (and keeping me properly caffeinated)!

  I come through this 7 brew often, I get a variety of different drinks I find on TikTok! They are always delicious, the staff is always working hard to get through the rush whenever I come by. I got this super good oatmilk blondie with caramel drizzle, it was so good I wasn't sure on what to put extra in it and a loving girl named Mera helped me figure it out. This is a 10/10 would recommend coffee shop. The drinks are always fast and delicious.
