  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Wingstop location. I placed my order over the phone at 7:09 PM and drove to the restaurant expecting it to be ready. When I arrived, my order was not ready, so I waited patiently. After sitting there for almost an hour from the time I placed my order, the staff finally realized that my food had been sitting the entire time and was completely cold. No one had informed me that my order was ready. Manager Ty was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or apologizing, she insisted that my name had been called. However, the staff themselves admitted that my name was never called. Rather than taking responsibility, she continued to argue instead of focusing on customer service. The only reason this issue was resolved at all was because the district manager was contacted through a FaceTime/Zoom call. He handled the situation professionally and approved a refund for my order. I appreciate his willingness to make things right, but it should never have had to reach that point. I have been a loyal Wingstop customer for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially when the restaurant was clearly at fault. I would like the contact information for the district manager or the owner of this location so I can formally discuss this experience. I do not believe I was treated fairly, and I hope this matter is taken seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

  Food is good but staff sucks ! Waited 30 minutes for 6 wings with fries and still never received my order , I had to ask for a refund because my entire lunch break was spent waiting on food I never received ! If you just want to hang out somewhere all day and not eat this is the place to go ! If your actually hungry I strongly urge you to go elsewhere

  I was a walk in with a to go order. The guy behind the register was unengaged. Had to repeat my order several times. My own fault for not checking the order, but when I got home, it was not correct. Ticket said Doris (I think was the name) completed my order. Very disappointed in the whole experience!

  The Best one they got! Love coming to places that great you by name and the service is great each and every time! Jonah by far one of the Best Shift Managers there I say what flavor he runs up exactly what I want not to mention be fast with it too!! Ty yall see you next time👍🏾
