The inside is nasty, a young man walked in and went straight to the back and gotten some things from.the freezer with no gloves and no hair net just talking this place needs alot of cleaning oh no one is at the cash register and on there phones

I stopped by on a busy Saturday. I had to wait a long time because they were understaffed. But the young man at the window was so relaxed and polite when I got to the window that I forgot all about the extended wait. The food was worth the time spent! Delicious! I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and some nachos fries. All hot and fresh. Kudos to the short staffed team. Yall killed it for me. Thank you!
This is really expensive junk food. Nutritional value is close to zero. It is amazing that they can make so many different products with the same 6 ingredients. But it's the lowest quality food out there and VERY expensive for what you get. It used to be you'd go there to get a quick meal after hitting the bars or a late night study session and it was cheap. It wasn't the greatest food, but they were open! Now the food is just as bad but it's really expensive. No longer worth going there.

I have never had to complain so much about an establishment. If you’re not willing serve freshly cooked food, specifically the nacho fries or the fiesta potatoes, unless I walk inside, you need to remove them from the menu. It is 6:30 in the afternoon, with no one in the drive through and the blonde girl said that I have to “come inside if I want fresh fries”. This is the SECOND TIME.
The first time, there was a brunette guy who was the “night time shift leader” at 8pm and the same thing happened, except I didn’t ask for them to be fresh and they served me COLD AND STALE fries that they placed at the bottom of my bag beneath the tacos so I’d drive off and not notice. Well I knew better than to leave without checking and the brunette haired girl in the window watched me with a knowing smile and opened the window as soon as I turned to give them back and ask for fresh, which the shift leader then said that I needed to come inside for it.
I asked for a refund. So instead of him just dropping the fries and letting them cook for the three minutes, they’ve now served me stale fries and had to stand there for a prolonged period to give me a refund.
I’ve worked a drive through and this is pure laziness. It’s not about a drive through time or productivity, and if it IS and this is what the manager finds to be most important, then this franchise needs to make some drastic changes, so their guests aren’t surprised when they get served inedible food.

I ordered online and chose to pick up in the drive through. Somehow my drinks did not make it on the order and I did not realize it until they did not hand them to me, so instead of fixing the issue at the window the forced me to drive back through the drive through to get my drinks, I'm not sure I've experienced anything much more ridiculous than what they put me through at this location.
