  This location was extremely rude and refused to give me my food. I had a pickup order that was already paid for and ready, and since there was no line, I went straight to the window. The employee rudely told me I had to drive back around and go through the speaker. I asked if I could just get my food since it was literally sitting right there at the window, but they kept insisting I go around again. So I did, and after talking to the same person through the speaker, I was then told I had to come inside because it was an Uber Eats pickup order. After dealing with the rude attitude and being sent in circles for no reason, I just canceled the order and went to another Taco Bell. I understand policies are policies, but there was no reason to be that inconsiderate and rude about it. Definitely would not recommend this location if you want decent service.

  I asked at the drive thru window to please place my Mexican pizza with extra cheese in a separate bag so it won’t get squashed by the other food. What happened get bag pizza at the bottom and squashed. I am waiting at mobile checkout to recieveNew Mexican pizza with extra cheese and they fixed it. But should have been done right. Taco Bell stop placing Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and putting rest of the order on top. Should be company policy. Thank you for correcting my order.

  Ordered a beef chalupa box and added beans and my chalupa didn’t even have the beef on it just beans and lettuce and everything else was just threw together yall need to stop hiring these lazy people to ride the clock and throw people food together that they paid money for I really want a refund and I and my people will not be getting food from this Taco Bell again *and then they don’t even have the right number on the website so you can’t even call to say anything about it* Yall need to tighten up

  Manager advised I had to come in the store for fresh potato’s on my cheesy fiesta potatoes. It’s 1:45 am. I asked them not to even worry about the item and the cashier removed it because they intended to give out the old potatoes that have been sitting in the heating cabinet 3+ hours. The taco.. and no cover.
