    Placed an online order and the order pickup time was for 10:53am. We waited until almost 11:30 before our online pickup order was ready. Even after they took almost an hour after the order was placed they still managed to mess up the order. I've never had that experience at any subway ever!

    Most mediocre service I've ever seen. It wouldn't have been anything to complain about had it not been for the experience I had the other day. I made the honest mistake of leaning on the glass after working an 8 hour shift and noticed it moved so I quickly got off. About a minute later the glass fell down. The girl behind the counter was very rude about it despite my sincere apologies and the fact that nothing was damaged. The girl who made my sub didn't have the best attitude either, but not necessarily rude either. However on the positive side, my sub was fresh and delicious and the store was clean.
