Most mediocre service I've ever seen. It wouldn't have been anything to complain about had it not been for the experience I had the other day. I made the honest mistake of leaning on the glass after working an 8 hour shift and noticed it moved so I quickly got off. About a minute later the glass fell down. The girl behind the counter was very rude about it despite my sincere apologies and the fact that nothing was damaged. The girl who made my sub didn't have the best attitude either, but not necessarily rude either. However on the positive side, my sub was fresh and delicious and the store was clean.

I have contacted Subway in North Augusta Sc and spoke to the manager at that location due to a serious issue. On December 30th of 2025 I went into that subway ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich 6 inch meal. Around 230 or 300 I ate half the sandwich and started to have sharp pains in my stomach as if I was having contractions. I pushed through the pain because I have an office and I am charged I couldn't just leave. Around 6 the pain was worst I went home tried to shower and sleep could not sleep due to the pain. I went to the emergency room and was told a foreign object like a bone had puncture my large intestine, small intestine and colon. I was in the hospital until Thursday the only thing that I ate on Tuesday was from Subway. I have been back to the doctor's office twice since being released from the hospital. I did an incident report with the manager in February but had been calling since December 31st 2025 nobody seems to care or even reach out with a resolution.
I asked for general manager to call me, or franchise owner .....so far nothing.
