  Waited at the stall over 15 mins to still not get my order taking! An employee came out I asked him did the stall work cause I was sitting here for a little min!!!!!! He looked at me in my eyes and said WHAT THIS ONE?

  Came through the drive through this evening around 8 05 for a shake. Ordered a medium caramel shake, they are half priced after 8. Paid 5.49 for a medium vanilla shake. Terrible service, won't be back for a while.

  I ordered 2 Large Sweet teas, Medium Sweet Tea and an order of 2 Large Mozzarella Sticks, and 1 Medium order of Cheese Sticks. First of all after taking a couple sips I noticed something funny in the tea so I spit out the tea and there is a whole housefly in my drink. This is disgusting and I will never eat Sonic again. Second My total was 31.34 After getting home and realizing I wasn't given a receipt, my wife and I kind of thought 31.34 was a little high for what we got so I went onto Sonic.com picked my area and restaurant and acted like i was going to order for picks up and discovered they added on their own 18% tip ($4.41) to our order in the drive thru. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I plan to take this all through corporate

  Record heat day....pulled into sonic after the firework store for a sushie. Ordered from the app and the car hop who delivered the drinks really should visit any chick-fil-a for some pointers on how to be polite when interacting with customers. The two drinks I ordered for my son and I were not nearly frozen enough to be called a sushie to start with. And after the first sip, both of us knew something wasn't right with them. Whoever made the drinks did not get the flavored syrup amount correct and they both had very little actual flavor at all. It was like a water down version of the blue raspberry drink we ordered. Pretty dissatisfied after being so hot already since the firework store had no A/C either. Maybe I should have just stayed on my side of the river today....lol

  Literally took 30 minutes for three shakes when every other car that pulled in 15 minutes fater us got their food, not to mention they took 10 minutes to get to us in the first place. Our total was 17 and some change, gave her the cash after selecting that i WAS paying cash and she came out with no change prepared and gave eus nothing just told us to have a good day and walked away. Almost 40 minutes wasted on some mid milkshakes that costed 18 dollars in total because i guess the motto of the sonic north augusta is take every cent as a tip- even if you took 30 damn minutes to bring it out! Took so long the ordering screen turned off
