  Hands down, the best McDonald's we've ever been too. There was alot of confusion with the food, but we were a large party and everything was fixed very quickly. Food was hot and fresh and staff were nice.

  I usually have pretty good experiences during the day when I go to this McDonald’s, but tonight I was at the ER with my baby daughter and I hadn’t eaten all day. So I go here around 9pm through drive through. I overheard employees talking about “now there’s a line! Look at this” looking at the cameras. They were very obviously annoyed and very obviously wanting me to overhear. The woman at the window basically threw my food at me, didn’t listen to me when I said she already gave me a juice so I ended up with two, that’s how little she cared. She seemed very angry and was incredibly rude. I definitely won’t be coming here anymore, at least not at night. Service is better during the day, at least it was last time I came here. That’s why I gave the stars I did. But the way I was treated left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I never treated anyone like that, it shows how immature some people can be.

  They gave me a super salty hamburger; I waited half an hour for my drinks, and when I asked what was going on, they just gave me a rude attitude.

  Absolutely unacceptable! Took my 2 little grandsons and staff was acting like fools! Pushing each other, swearing, laughing and chasing each other around the dining room. Did I mention extreme swearing!? Not a place for little kids to see and hear this type of behavior! I am still in shock! I bet i wouldn't see this type of behavior in the Bronx or in the worst part of Chicago. I can see why business has gone done the toilet! I expect it to close in the near future! The staff was off the chain! McDonalds might need to hire someone from Chick filet to teach them how to hire and train staff. Never going back!

  If I could give this place is zero I absolutely would. The worst and I mean the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at any McDonald’s. I sat at the payment window for a hot minute with nobody there, so what are you to assume? You go to the next window, right? Nope, they got the nerve to tell you that you need to drive back around through the drive-through that already took 20 minutes and look for the person that wasn’t there in the first place. So you go inside and try to just pay at the counter but you’re standing there for 20 minutes as well with workers walking by just looking at you. Absolute worst customer service ever, shut it down. There’s a reason nobody wants McDonald’s anymore, and the crappy employees you hire a part of it.
