if i could give 0 stars I would.Waited over 45 minutes, never received food. went inside to talk to someone about getting a refund and waited another 20, no one wanted to talk are grab a manager. No food and no refund. place is a joke. wouldn’t even consider this place

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID. Waited for 35 minutes on a curbside order, finally had to wait in the drive thru to even check on my order, the manager and the cashier at the window had attitudes and acted like I was the problem. They had to remake all of my food while I sat at the window waiting another 10 minutes and I was still missing a burger and all sauces. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Even for "fast food" this is the worst service I've ever had

They mess up my order I called and spoke to the manager she said it was her fault and tell make a new order for it but I couldn't do it because I didn't had enough money on my debit card and I'm not walking back to here I load my money on my card again ... They need to make sure the order is right before they seal the bag. THEY DID IT AGAIN THIS WEEK MESS UP MY FOOD ORDER THIS TIME THE manager for McDonald's left the Drink's out and I asked the doordash driver to ask the manager make sure the order was right before the delivery it

Ordered a Happy Meal without onions....Onions littered all over burger amd wrapping. Yellow mustard was not only on the sandwich but the outside of wrapper. My paper white shirt needed some color along with my hands and steering wheel. Thr burger was so wet the bread was mushy and the mustard came through to the wrapper. Whomever made the sandwich threw it together. I returned to drive thru to get a burger without. I received a cold hamburger without the cheese not even melted....I did say cold. Use some customer service comforting language like "I apologize for your inconvenience." I didn't go back for fear of having food tampered with or establishing a heated conversation.
