    Not the ideal place to stop in North Augusta. Dirty inside and roaches by the grill. I got sick after seeing all I did.

    This morning, I visited the drive-thru and was greeted by Sara. I informed her that I wanted to use a code with my order. Instead of assisting me, there was silence on the line while she moved on to take another customer’s order before returning to me. When she came back, she told me to proceed with my order, and I repeated that I wanted to use my code. Sara then responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, saying, “How long have you been coming to McDonald’s? You don’t have to tell me you have a code, just give it to me.” I found this interaction disrespectful and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the situation. Because of her attitude and tone, I went inside to report the incident to the manager on duty. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the matter is addressed to ensure other customers are treated with respect.

    Waited 10 minutes for order, then went to the register and waited 5 more minutes to check on the order. Food was cold once we got it, no ice in the drink fountain. I saw a lot of other customers waiting, one person that I know was there before me and still didn't have her food when I was almost finished eating mine finally gave up and asked for a refund.

    I wish I could give this negative stars but alas I have to give them more stars than they're worth. Do you like waiting 25 minutes for an order you placed on the app 30 minutes ago? Then this is the place for you. They have no sense of urgency and don't even acknowledge the line of people waiting. Just an awful experience all around
