  I placed a mobile order for this location, I picked up my drink 25-30 minutes later & I had to run an errand while doing so, I tasted my drink & it was very sour .. drink was still completely full and I returned to at-least get some kind of assistance or remake & she stated she was not gonna remake my drink. As a Manager myself.. I feel this is very unprofessional, even worse when the cups clearly say “love your order or we’ll remake it” make it right and I even called to get no answer. The Dunkin on exit 5 offered to remake it for me completely free, and stated this is a private franchise, Thanks for the service will no longer return or recommend to anyone in the CSRA.

  Placed an order online and wasn’t able to get my order or cancel due to no one at the counter and sign left saying on break for 10 mins even though the store just opened an hour ago

  Did not like it at all the guy that was there was just speaking on the phone didn't even answer my question when I asked what flavors he had for the matcha drink and gave it to me like that, I had already payed for it so I just took it because I wasn't going to stay an argue but I'm definitely not going back!

  My drink was made incorrectly and instead of requesting a remake, I only asked for one extra pump of syrup. I was then told it would cost $1 for a single extra pump, which felt excessive and was not well explained. Small issues happen, but charging that much for a minor correction to an already incorrect drink left a bad impression.
