She clearly saw that I had been standing there waiting for my order, yet she would not acknowledge me or even look in my direction. Even when she finally spoke to me, she still avoided making eye contact. Customer service does not require much. A simple acknowledgment, a greeting, and basic professionalism can go a long way. I really wish more people would appreciate the opportunities they have, no matter what level or position they are currently in. Your attitude and the way you treat people can either open doors for you or close them. Years from now, someone with this type of attitude may wonder why they have not progressed or prospered, without realizing that their own behavior and nasty attitude may be a major reason why. Ma’am, treating customers with basic respect costs absolutely nothing. I hope management addresses this because the entire interaction was unnecessary and very disappointing.

We received less than 2 ounces of meat per bowl (1.8 ounces to be exact, yes I picked it out and weighed it because these bowls are so small). Asked for extra salsa and got less than a scoop. I do not get cheese, sour cream, veggies or any additional toppings. At bare minimum, meeting the nutrition guide portions of meat the company advertises, or 4 ounces of meat, should be given. There is no way to call the store. You can’t get through. I spent $50 on less than 6 ounces of chicken and barely any beans and salsa for three bowls. Not sure what my tip was for. This chipotle continues to have smaller and smaller portion sizes on to-go orders.
