I ordered a #4 large (egg and cheese biscuit meal) with a peach sweet tea. The AI responded that my total was $11.42 (change might be wrong). I thought that was high so I looked at Bojangles website and the price was only $7.89. When I got to the window I asked them to confirm my order and why it was so much more than online. She stated “because it is” and that’s why they got so many more online orders. I went ahead and placed the order online and went inside to pick it up. Service was a nightmare - both drive thru and in store. All in all, it took almost 40 minutes to get my order. Disappointing too that many people might be getting LITERALLY robbed because of their AI system and no willingness by staff/management to rectify the problem.
