  Waited over 10 minutes for two sliders. Food prepper just left his station. No one else (customers) in the store. 3 other employees standing around joking . Not a care in the world. Zero sense of urgency. Pitiful customer care.

  I placed an order in the app on Saturday and when I arrived I was told they had no roast and could not fill my order. I asked for a refund and as of today I still do not have my refund. I have been calling the store all morning since they opened and no one will answer the phone, it just keeps ringing and then hangs up.

  Let me make this for the CORRECT Arbys in North Augusta 2 days ago: I wish I could give you 5 stars but the fact that your employees find it appropriate to smoke BlacknMilds at the door entrance AND that your lobby floor is soaking wet with NO wet floor signs when I have to walk all the way to the next entrance just to get in to place my order AND that Im standing there waiting for the young lady to acknowledge my presence at the cash register, which she promptly disregards my attempt to place an order by telling me that instead she needs to go put up the wet floor signs.... You will continue to get ratings of a 1! But to the young man's credit, he did later apologize for the smoke.

  They never give you Arby’s sauce and then act like it comes out of their check to give it. I’ve even offered to pay for the sauce and only received two. I don’t want Arby’s without Arby’s sauce I’m so sick of this location being stingy.
