I placed a order through Ubereats and NOTHING WAS RIGBT!!! First you forgot the mozzarella sticks and both of the half pound sandwiches. You sent to medium fries instead of large. Then the beef and cheddar to did send had a drop of cheddar on it. To top it off, the drinks were nothing bit carbonation. My sprite was soda water and the coke zero were flat. This restaurant needs new employees or manager or both!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Potato cakes are refried or just left out. This is absolutely disgusting. Small fry in a large fry box. I don't know what happened. The food used to be good here? Maybe in need of paying better wages for employees?

Ordered a French dip meal, 2 ham sliders, mozzarella sticks, and a strawberry lemonade. Customer service was meh to begin with but was I in for a surprise. They handed me my bag and it was missing the fries and mozzarella sticks. I went back to the drive thru window. The lady there yelled to the people in the back that they forgot the fries and mozzarella sticks. No big deal she grabs them off the fry holder and puts them in the bag. I decided to check my bag for the rest of the order and the sliders were ice cold. I asked her if they were suppose to be cold? She said no so I handed them to her so she could see. She stuck her finger in one and yelled at the man behind her that he forgot to microwave the sandwiches. He said no I didn’t. She said baby you did. Then put them wrapper and all in the microwave and handed them back to me. The fries and mozzarella sticks were stale (I tried one of each) and even though she handed them to me off the fry holder they were lukewarm warm at best. Since I was feeding this to my kids and someone had touched their food and the temperatures of the food was inconsistent with what they should be we ended up discarding the food rather then take the chance that my kids got sick.
I understand fast food is an under appreciated job, and I know it’s hard to find good employees, but that entire interaction was wild. We keep trying to give this location a try, but are met with constant disappointment. At this point we won’t be back.

Waited over 10 minutes for two sliders. Food prepper just left his station. No one else (customers) in the store. 3 other employees standing around joking . Not a care in the world. Zero sense of urgency. Pitiful customer care.

I placed an order in the app on Saturday and when I arrived I was told they had no roast and could not fill my order. I asked for a refund and as of today I still do not have my refund. I have been calling the store all morning since they opened and no one will answer the phone, it just keeps ringing and then hangs up.
