  I ordered a real fruit slushy with strawberry and pineapple. What I received was a cup of syrup and slushy ice unmixed. My first sip was a mouthful, a fruit syrup it was so gross! I drove 10 minutes back to the location to explain what was wrong and the employees were kind, but it took way too long for them to understand the issue even after showing them. They finally seemed to understand what I was saying. And remade it the right way. This is far from my first issue with this location and when you post on social media about their short comings Taylor and some of the other crew members attack you for speaking the truth about their employees in competence, but they never actually fix anything so nothing gets better. This used to be one of my favorite places with lots of wonderful memories growing up. Now it's just overpriced junk, with rude management, and a waste of money and time.

  Best experience we've had at a Sonic in over a decade. Ate lunch here on July 4th. Large order and everything came out perfectly. Freshly cooked. Was delicious. Will return as often as possible.
