  Im so tired of coming here and after I pay i hear oh we're out of that. Whoever is doing inventory needs to do better or if its not coming on the trucks needs to contact corporate cause im tired of placing an online order and paying to find out something isn't available. I could have just gone somewhere else with expensive as everything is.

  I ordered pizza last night from this location for my 9 year old and 2 year old child after arriving from our drive from Charleston here to my sisters graduation. I ordered at 10 the person told me deliver will be in 20 min @ 1045 I received a message from my delivery driver that there was some kind of confusion with my order that they were remaking it. I ordered a medium pizza and personal pizza box with wings three sodas and an order of fries. I received my food close to 11:20. When i received my food the pizza was burned and so dry had no sauce my kids didn't even eat. Then the personal pan was totally wrong over topped with toppings that look like they were thrown on top of the pizza the wings sauce was all over the inside of the box. I called as soon as I got my order but no one answered called the driver and texted and no response I call back this morning for a remake being my kids went to bed with out eating & they refuse because I no longer have the food because our room was cleaned out.

  We chose to eat here because we had small children with us and we knew it would not be crowded. During the whole time we were there, there were no other customers in the dining room, which was the only good part of our experience. There was only one person who was serving the dining room, and she was also manning the carryout register. The store was very understaffed. The menus do not have prices on them. You have to scan a QR code to see a tiny version of the print menu on your phone which was too difficult to read. We looked online and decided what to order, but the server told us that price was not valid unless we ordered online. We asked how much the order would be and she said she would have to check. We waited for her to return but ended up ordering online before she got back due to her having to work the carryout register as well. The app said that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When it showed that it was ready, I went to the carry out counter to get it, but we were told it was not ready because there was only one person making pizzas and they were behind. We did not receive our pizza for 50 minutes after placing the order, and over an hour after we were seated. They rest of our party had already finished eating and were ready to leave. The pizza we were served was lukewarm and clearly not freshly made, making us wonder why we were told repeatedly that it was not ready yet.

  Came to pick up my online order and the girl would not give it to me because it was 10:55 and they close at 11. Why are you closing the store early anyways.
