  Ordered the pan pizza & a hand tossed. Brought them home, they were both identical. Very sloppy looking. The crust was tough. Neither one was a pan pizza. I ate a half of a slice. I was very upset. Money wasted. This was about 7:00 on October 9th. Customer service was poor.

  Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order online and was given an estimated pickup time of 7:05 PM. I arrived and was already in line at approximately 7:10 PM, expecting my order to be ready. When I reached the window, I was told that my order was not ready and that there were approximately 12 orders ahead of mine because the cook had not shown up for work. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but customers should not be allowed to place orders and receive pickup times that the store cannot reasonably meet. I then requested a refund, but was told that the employee who took my payment was a shift lead and was not able to process the refund. I was instructed to call back the following morning to speak with someone who could issue the refund. The lack of communication, preparation, and customer service was extremely frustrating. If the store was unable to fulfill online orders in a reasonable timeframe, orders should have been paused or customers should have been notified before arriving. I hope management addresses this situation because this experience fell far below what I would expect from a Pizza Hut location.

  RUSSELL, THE DISTRICT MANAGER, REACHED OUT TO ME WITH SOME GOOD OLD-FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE I HAD. HE PROVED THAT HE WAS SINCERELY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT TOOK PLACE AND ABOUT MY WIFE, WHICH WAS REALLY A PLUS TO ME. I have to add that the Team Leader was a great help, and I take my hat off to her! Thanks!

  Totally unacceptable. I made an online order September 2nd and picked it up around 9:19 pm. First problem is I only had 3 boneless wings in my box and the chicken was RAW! Will not be returning!!
