    Honey, ignore the bad reviews (before mine, of course ). They’re from people who knew they had JUST opened like, of course you were going to be waiting 30+ minutes for your drink! The line was literally wrapped around the building, and the workers were running around trying to keep up with every single order. That’s what happens when a brand new location opens and everybody wants to try it at once! ANYWAYS, i have the best experience every morning I go there to get my AFFORDABLE coffee. The workers are always so lovely, friendly, and welcoming and you can tell they’re genuinely trying their best to make sure everyone gets taken care of. Even when they’re busy, they still have good attitudes and are so sweet. And honestly, my drinks have been GREAT every single time. I’ve never had an issue with my order, and the prices are actually reasonable compared to a lot of other coffee places. I’d much rather judge a business based on my actual experiences going there regularly than complain about a long wait on literally opening day.. So if you’re reading these reviews and wondering whether you should go, GO! Give them a fair chance now that they’ve had time to get into their routine. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

    Great experience overall! Everything is good, and the location is very convenient. The only issue is the outside lighting. Every time we come by after dark, the exterior lights are off, which makes the location look closed. Hopefully they can get that fixed because otherwise everything has been great!

    Waited in line for 30 minutes with 5 cars ahead of us. Imagine a coffee place being surprised they have to make coffee.

    I go to Dutch Bros locations all over Columbia because I love collecting the stickers, and I usually have such a great experience and enjoy the happy atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. The lady who took our order was amazing—no issues with her whatsoever. However, after we pulled up, we waited about 30 minutes while the employee at the window continued talking to the same customer who had been there since we arrived. Meanwhile, the employee who took our order was literally running drinks out to cars trying to get customers through the line. When I finally made it to the window, the employee couldn’t find my order and immediately started questioning whether I had paid. She asked me multiple times to show her my bank account and asked her coworker THREE separate times if I had paid. The same coworker who had taken my order and was running drinks out to customers. Meanwhile, customers who were before and after me received their drinks and left. The entire interaction left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and singled out. I’ve had great experiences at other Dutch Bros locations around Columbia, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this particular location
