  Extremely rude drive thru employee. She doesn't need to work with the public. I would rather not go to this location ever again after the encounter with her. I have told others to direct their business elsewhere due to her. A few of the ones I told surprisingly told me that they had a bad experience with her as well. It is sad that people have to encounter rude employees anywhere but especially at a fast food restaurant where it should be a simple transaction.

  When to Bojangles today and ordered the eight-piece chicken meal got home had 3thigh, 3breast,2legs and no wings. If you going to substitute something let the customer know. Not just packing up and just give it to the customer without saying anything. Very Very poor service April 1,2026

  Automated system was absolutely horrible got our order wrong multiple times, tried fixing it then it kept deleting all of the order that was right not what was wrong with it. So when we got to the window we went over our order so they "changed it" for us come to find out that instead of remaking the spicy chicken sandwhich to the regular bo chicken they kept it as the spicy. We asked for sweet tea 3 times and got regular tea. Was not a fan at all with any of the service will not return

  My food was accurate and hot. But why is it necessary to wait at the front register for five minutes without even being acknowledged? And even the male employee (Saturday 3/14 about 1 PM) came to the register, the smell of marijuana coming off of him was overwhelming. Bojangles, time to enforce employee standards! Disappointed.
