  I've never experienced such poor service at any Carrabbas before. This must be why the location in Myrtle Beach closed down. I attribute most of this experience to the management. Arrived early on Mother's Day with my family. The hostess was pleasant; however, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait with SEVERAL tables already open (and no, it was no reservations this evening it was only to be a waitlist). No biggie, but because my husband and I waited tables in the past, this should've been our first red flag. The manager stepped to the hostess stand and was questioning the girls there about the seating. There were about 6 more tables lining up behind us. We were seated within the 15-min window. The waitress started out great, but eventually the wheels fell off. Didn't remove wine glasses that were precariously perched on the side of the table (we were not drinking; kids were in tow). No appetizer plates when the apps hit the table. I feel that the service went downhill the moment we were not sucked into the nightly competition of who can sell the most $10.00/take it to go bs they were trying to get us to buy. I wanted dessert, but who has the stomach to try and eat a sweet treat when your appetizer and dinner dishes are still piled in the middle of the table? We had to ask the manager to remove them, which he did with disdain. Not impressed, will not recommend. Sad they ruined my Mother's Day dinner with my beautiful family. Food was okay, but not for the price.

  The server took our drink order then came back 15 minutes later and took our order. We still haven't received our drinks when I asked her about it she said someone was bringing them. When eating we finished our salad and the plates were in the way. The man giving extra cheese came and I asked him to remove the extra plates and he told me that someone else would do that and walked away. Service was very disappointing, the staff should be on the same page with a supervisor stopping by the tables checking in.

  Went Mother’s Day morning as soon as they opened. Salads came out quickly. Waited almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. They were NOT that busy when we ordered. My husband’s pasta came out nice and hot. My chicken trio came out tepid at best. Manager could not be bothered to come over even though the waitress asked him to several times. That tells me all I need to know about this location. Will not return. Will go to the Murrells Inlet location where we’ve been going for 25 years and never had an issue. Amy A is a great server and bartender at least.

  I recently ordered takeout from Carrabba's Italian Grill, and I have to say, the to-go service was fantastic! From the moment I placed my order over the phone, the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience. When I arrived to pick up my food, the to-go area was easily accessible and my order was ready right on time. The young lady who helped me was super efficient and made sure I had everything I needed, including extra bread. The food was packaged perfectly, so it stayed hot and fresh during the drive home. Overall, I had a great experience with Carrabba's to-go service, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal.

  I have eaten at this particular restaurant at least a dozen times since about 2003. The food and the service has always been outstanding at this location. However, on my visit in April 2026, my table of four had an issue with the waiter, NOT the restaurant. The manager, a gentleman named Angel, personally made the situation right. He was very courteous, apologetic and understanding of our situation. We left satisfied that the manager cared and he made things right. I go to Myrtle Beach about 2 or 3 times every year, and I will continue to eat at this restaurant. I give it FIVE stars. Sidebar: This was the very first Carrabbas restaurant that I ever ate in back in 2003, and I instantly became a fan. Since then I have eaten at many different Carrabbas around the country and especially the one near me in Ocean City, MD. I love Carrabbas restaurants!!
