  Sept 5, 2026. Sometime before 11pm. We ordered 2 wraps, a triple and a double. @ station 7. Watch them prepare and place in bag and fold in front of expediter The young male oder taker them proceeded to bring out an order to a customer. Return and deny another customer who pulled up ice cream. Without moving from his spot. After customer drove off he crossed to monitor to take order for a gray jeep that pulled to window. He then got out his phone share a look with another worker. Few mins later two young ladies joined them, one of them handling a container in front of bag. 3 to four mins after that he then decides to bring out the food. It just sat there for over 10 mins. When he brought it out I told him it was unexceptable to allow a customer to watch their food sit there that long. He rudly explained we're closing and we have other things to do. Shout out to the ones who prepared the food. But as a General Manager the service was very unprofessional regardless of the time. I ask that u check the tape and film. Look for voids made after 11 with that oder.Until you close , you stay customer focused no exceptions.

  Wow. Sat at the curbside pickup for 25 mins with zero attention. Manager was on site on his laptop I finally said something and he was extremely rude. I have to say the Food is always on point though! *edited

  Fries came half empty and drink was noticeably not fully filled. It just doesn't taste as good as it used to for some reason
