  We waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. The people that were in line when we got there had pulled forward and still hadn't recieved their food yet. Very disappointing.

  Showed up just before 8, were told they were drive-thru only; sat in line for a few mins without moving and hearing anything from the speakerbox before it seemed to me they just decided to close and weren't willing to even inform people of that

  Phoebe lacks customer service skills. Doesn’t know how to say please or thank you. Just yells your total at you and then tosses your order at you. Needs to be retrained

  I don’t suggest this sonic. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and just got off work so I decided to stop here to pick up something quick. I get home and start eating only to realize that my burger is pink !! I am absolutely disgusted and did try calling but of course nobody answered. I hope I don’t get sick from this.
