Since new app and new reward system Sonic has gone from a preferred to a why bother. Having to make multiple orders to just get what has always made sonic a great choice like 1/2 priced drinks and Tuesday after 5 deals plus even better with the monthly specials now all that is frustrating and annoying and not worth the extra effort and having to wait for each order to arrive before being able to submit the next order doubles even tripples the amount of time it takes to get order completed

Last two times I went I was totally disappointed....last time they closed the ICE cream machine down early so 4 of us couldn't get a Blast...the time before that it Blast was so soft it wasn't even as thick as a milkshake....no more Sonic for me...

So I pull up to the drive thru and order a double smasher and the girl tells me that they can't make them because they cleaned the grill at 10:30. It's almost 11:00 now but I can order a super sonic double cheeseburger because they cooked them before they cleaned the grill?! How long can a cooked patty sit?!

Place an order for pickup. Arrived before the time the ordered was scheduled for pickup. Checked in on the app and waited over 20 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be prepared. Only received a portion of the order. The manager came out to review the order in the app and what was given to me. Said it would only take a few minutes to fulfill the rest of the order. When I tried to determine exactly how long that would be she only stated 2 minutes. I brought up to the manager that while I waited the portion of the order they did get right would just be sitting getting cold and soggy. She stated she would have the order redone but about 10 minutes later she came back with what was supposed to be what was missed from the original not a full redo of the order. On top of that she missed the tots and onion rings but gave an order of fries and some wrap thing instead. What a waste of over 45 minutes of my time for a terrible experience. Needless to say I won’t be back to this Sonic ever.
