  I must say that I was quite disappointed in the buffet options for breakfast. There was no corned beef hash, no waffles, no ham and only one potato option. Many of the items were lukewarm, which is a surprise to me because they were open for 30 minutes. The eggs to order however was really good and the gentleman taking our orders was great. I don't think it was worth $20 per person and beverages were not included. Shoney's, please do better.

  The food was good. However, the breakfast buffet was $20 without a drink. I understand that the cost of food has increased. However, the items on the buffet have not changed in over 25 years. There was a variety on the buffet. But some of their staple items were missing.

  We got the buffet and the pancakes and French toast were hard as a rock and the syrup was very gell like. My elbows stuck to the table. The restaurant needs a good cleaning. Too expensive for the horrible quality of the food.

  Awful!!! We always hit up a shoneys while on vacation because we do not have one in Georgia. Sausages tasted like they were from days before and recooked. Biscuits fell apart like sand. Server hardly checked on us. Dessert salad and breakfast all on one bar. The price here is way more than any other location. Host doesn’t offer a menu just incase you don’t want Buffett. The silverware wraps are not tightly closed. Need offer bowls or cups for syrup at Buffett. The landscape outside needs to be done. Overgrown weeds and bushes

  Lady held the door for us upon entrance and that was the best part of the experience. I have not been in a Shoney's since I was a child, 30+ years, and I thought it would be cool to go again. The guy who was our server couldn't keep my water glass filled and that was literally his only job. The food was bland and semi cold. My father enjoyed the fried apple dessert and biscuits, but I enjoyed leaving. A once great franchise. All the ladies there were very nice and hard working, they deserve a raise. The food deserves some flavor. The chicken? tasted like fish? or Vice Versa? Just not for me anymore, when there are so many other options this one is lame and overpriced. $60, 2 people. AND THEY ASK FOR TIPS UNDESERVEDLY FOR SELF SERVE!!! Visit Pier 14 and get the Fish Reuben, DELICIOUS!
