  Absolutely horrible customer service. On vacation. Called and placed an order, told a 45 minute to an hour wait for delivery. Over an hour we waited, called back to be told that they were waiting for a door dash driver... Seriously... 😒 Requested fresh made pizza and I will pick it up, then told, well it's sitting fresh in the "" Hot Box "". I stated to the man, " exactly it's been sitting, make me fresh for waiting over and hour and I'll come get it... Same response was received. I said well, " If you cannot do that for me for my wait, then cancel my order and refund my card! He then states, I'll cancel the order and then I basically got hung up on!! Real nice. I'll be showing up in person!!! Shame!!! I did call the next morning and talked to a store manager and they were absolutely a baffled by the way that this young man treated a customer. Especially a customer from out of town. I like to thank the store manager who I talk to. I also like to stay thank the other store manager from another store that I also talked to. The district manager will be told of this behavior

  I ordered our usual pepperoni pizza with regular crust and thin slice pizza with olives. We also had boneless honey BBQ wings. The staff was friendly and my food was waiting on me when I arrived. The only service issue I have is that I had to pay for parmesan cheese when we use to get free packets. Overall was great.
