  All of it was way undercooked, despite the note / special instructions on everything that said “well done.” I was afraid to eat it for fear of getting sick. Raw dough & raw chicken in the pasta. DoorDash delivery driver was nice, not her fault. What the cinnamon rolls should have looked like… vs what they actually looked like. & cheesesticks no. The chicken Alfredo was terrible not just because it was raw chicken even the sauce was terrible. For $60 I should have just gone to a sit down restaurant & guaranteed it would have at least been cooked right or replaced.

  No CHEESE on my CHEESE pizza and when I called to explain the person basically told me the portion out the cheese for their pizza's!! What!!😳 That answer would have been acceptable if there was CHEESE on my CHEESE pizza to begin with!!!

  I’ve always ordered Pizza Hut and liked it. This time on vacation I ordered and went to pick up. Gave me the wrong pizza toppings and wings. I called, and they hung up on me immediately once I nicely told someone what happened. Called again, they put me on hold saying I have to speak with someone else. Never answered, left my phone on hold all afternoon.

  where do i begin? ordered take out, went and picked it up, drove back to the hotel to find a simple pizza that was just ham and pepperoni and got a pizza with Banana Peppers, Onions, Chicken, Hamburger and whatever else. Called them and was put on hold to talk to a “manager” who took so long for us to have enough time to drive back to the restaurant, to be called “mad aggressive” by the supposed assistant manager. Told everyone coming inside, double check your order just for another customer to have something wrong with the order. Kindly asked the “manager “ for her name and she got “mad aggressive “ refusing to answer. Cussing up and down walking back and forth. OH best part- 2 ROACHES. DO NOT COME HERE! to the manager, i hope you read this & have a blessed day ❤️

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from Pizza Hut twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were terrible. On both occasions, the pizza was undercooked, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza, they sent me a Meat Lover’s pizza instead. I tried calling the store to get the issue resolved and stayed on the phone for 20 minutes, but no one answered. There was absolutely no customer service or effort to fix the mistake. Making the same type of mistake twice is one thing, but sending a vegetarian customer a pizza covered in meat and then being completely unreachable is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this location again and would not recommend it to anyone
