I spent 22 years in the industry and have seen it all, done it all, heard to it all. There's no reason or exception to talk about an employee you chastised for any reason esp in ear shot of customers like myself. I will never go back to this place and not to mention the failing inspections. The food buildup along the booth walls was enough to turn my stomach without hearing the mouth. Maybe this person should invest more time cleaning up and running a tighter ship than running her mouth.
