  This is the worst slowest MCDs ever. Sat at the outside drive thru order spot while they took like 5 peoples orders. Drove around went to the inside one, they took the order of the guy who was right behind me. We told them hey we were sitting at the outside order station and she was like "YEAH SHE LEFT!" complaining to us like we were the burden. We ordered the food for our kids at the highschool and it literally took 30min for a 30ct nugget and 2 boba drinks and a MCDouble. We ended up getting charged for 2 MCDoubles (one of which we threw out because believe it or not the bread was actually stale I legit didn't think this could happen 🤯😂🙄). I have never once been to this MCDs (not that I go really ever but sometimes my kid at the HS wants something after school during an event or something and it has always taken at least 10-15 min. So if you're in a rush just go anywhere else. CircleK, Dunkin, Sonic anywhere. I hate to dog places but this one needs a refresh, plus everyone there was the rudest, the one lady at the food window just said "Sit at 1" and I was like what? Finally after her pissed off face had to come back to the window (sorry my hearing is shit) she said "GO SIT AT SPACE 1" which we were the only car to have to go sit at and then waited another 10min...just crazy how rude they were, like hey I get it people are rude, but I've been there so I'm always nice to people in the food service industry. Like I'm sorry I don't feel like taking 30min to grab some quick food for my kids waiting at the high school I could have gone and got them quality food in that time and from now on I will, especially with what their junk "food" costs! 🤯💸

  I live two miles from this McDonalds and normally go to the one off 544 or the new one in Murrells Inlet. Why? Service and dining room is normally filthy. Was in there last week and there was garbage on a table and ketchup splattered on the floor. Watched numerous employees walk right by the mess on the table and floor. Man, step up your game!!

  Food was good after we waited 15 minutes. The desk clerk was nice. The kitchen was BACKED UP! I only saw 4 people working and the drive-thru was crazy.

  After 8 times getting incorrect order, I am finally leaving a review. Ex: 1. Order Diet Coke, get regular coke 2. Order nuggets, sauce not in bag 3. Order extra patty, get charged for it, slip on sandwich confirms it, sandwich doesnt have it. 4. Every sandwich is thrown together in a mess. Ex. A Big Mac will have patties half on the sandwich half hanging off, sauce everywhere. A total mess. Every single time. 5. Order a fish sandwich, same thing. 1/2 of Fish hanging off roll. Cheese already melted, so cant reposition it. Literally every order, every time. I have to go home with wrong food and feed a disappointed family, when it was supposed to be fun take out night. 8 times getting wrong order is ridiculous. One more thing, they give worse service if you use the app. Every time. Even with simple order they put you in penalty box and you have to wait very long while you watch other cars behind you get their order without having to wait. Again, this is EVERY TIME using the app. You will be told to pull around and wait. Even if you are waiting in parking lot and hit “im already here”, wait 10 minutes, then go through drive thru, they will still make you wait. No kidding. Not exaggerating. Just reporting facts. My suggestion would be to try automated staff. The current staff does not seem to care at all based on my past 8 orders. Very sad to see morale so low.
