  Got the ranch snack wrap meal and 2 Mc chickens at the drive thru. Took forever for her to put my drink on the screen after telling her 3 times. Get to window she gives drinks then food bag. Looked in bag no fries. So waited she came back and told her about the fries. She goes to get the fries and gives them to my daughter without it being in a bad!! 🤦‍♀️ also the wraps were hardly warm and no shredded cheese at all. Just a nasty piece of yellow cheese. 🤮 🤢 NEVER again!!

  horrible customer service. never again. sweet tea not sweet ranch snack wrap horrible, chicken barely warm, asked for extra cheese… they put a slice of american cheese on it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. pathetic! i recommended to never come here. it’s horrible.

  Horrible service, the person taking the drive thru orders was extremely rude. If you hate your job that much then just quit! You sir are an embarrassment to this company and store. When asked to speak to a manager was told that she would say the same thing. Then she said no problem, then lied about giving the discount that their app clearly stated I was entitled too. Said she gave me an even bigger discount. Pulled up all their prices to double check and that was also a lie. You are a bad leader and manager and your people are clearly a reflection of that. I understand good help is hard to find, but these people aren’t it. Horrible representation of your business.

  Went to come and grab a bite after a visit to Dave and buster. And this location had a recording that said they were closed at 1130 pm. Absolutely not ok. Just cause the staff is lazy and don't want to do their job is no freaking excuse to close early. I work my job every day to close and am 100% willing to help anyone that walks in at 8:59 when I close at 9. I mean do you want my money or not. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Go anywhere else but here.

  First thing we hear when we walk in is employees agrueing. All tables dirty. No ketchup in dispensary no ketchup cups either. Food cold . And we ate there. Never go back there again just very bad service. Also heard other customers saying same thing. Need better staff. Time we went was 1 to1:30 on Saturday. Maybe services is better on other shifts. This shift didn't do well at all . They need more training.
