  BAD EMPLOYEES AND MY KID WAS TRYING TO GET A BLACKBERRY REFRESHER AND THEY SAID THEY CANT SELL IT TO KIDS AND THEY TOOK 1 HOUR TO GET MY FOOD

  They gave one of my friends the wrong size drink plus one of the workers kept coming over and saying get your food instead of calling the number out and he had a very rude attitude.

  Our order was correct but, no straws,no big deal. The order before us, they couldn't get two drinks right. Almost 10 minutes wait. Funny.

  Very poor service! We had to wait for someone to come to the register to take our order (the kiosks were all closed). Even though the restaurant was not busy it took much longer than usual to get our food. Our order was literally tossed onto the counter by a rude young woman. Our order was wrong. When I went back to the counter to get the missing item I again had to wait and finally had to wave to get someone's attention. It was a manager who came over, I explained the problem, she didn't even bother to apologize. And again, my food was thrown onto the counter by the same rude employee. In the dining room, approximately half of the tables were dirty.
