My daughter placed the order on the in-store menu board and entered the order at 1:13 pm. We waited and waited with our table service deliver number. Finally enough is enough my daughter went to the counter and she brought the order to the table at 1:39 pm. The food was cold especially the fries. The senior coffee was cold and the order for the Strawberry Cream Pie was missing one. Looking at this operation it was evident their was a lack of managment and training, FAR BELOW McDonalds standards. Nothing in this visit resembled a visit to McDonalds. Terrible, stay away.
