  Tell me the guy at the window did not reach in my bag and was eating my french fries that were undercooked. They were practically greasy and raw with salt on top and my cheeseburgers actually tasted kind of stale. I ate it anyway and then I had diarrhea an hour later thank you McDonald’s. .

  Went in today at 9:50am for the breakfast. I did everything through Computer kiosk. I was very excited to order the new drinks, Strawberry Watermelon and the Mango Pineapple Refreshers. Sadly I was disappointed and did not receive the Mango Pineapple Refresher. We waited about 15 minutes, standard time for food. When we received our food, we got handed two large cups. In confusion my boyfriend asked the manager if we were supposed to make our refreshers. He stated no and asked what we got. My boyfriend stated both the Refreshers in a clear tone. We waited and we received two Strawberry Watermelon Refreshers, a quarter full. We asked for no ice so I believe that’s why. We weren’t going to complain because there was a line near the register. We ended up still having to go up because we didn’t receive forks. I think that’s very irresponsible to not know what you’re putting into a bag. We both received items that would be in need for forks, sausage gravy biscuits and a big breakfast. I’m very disappointed with the lack of response, urgency, and communication.

  I went through the drive-thru for my mobile order today around 12. I got to the second window when I got my drink and was told to go to the first parking stall and my food will be out “shortly”. I waited 15 minutes until I went inside to find out where my food is at. I find 5 staff members either doing nothing and the funny part is they weren’t even busy at all, like 3 customers inside and drive thru wasn’t bad either. After standing at the front counter for 5 minutes finally the only saving grace of the chaos was there manage I presume because he was doing ALL of the work. I never got his name but he was carrying the staff, while 80% of the staff watched him. Finally got my food and to top it all off by time I get home my drink was completely wrong….

  I went to mcdonalds and they got everything on the screen right. And it says bag check right or something free on the next visit. Two of the burgers were wrong. Supposed to be only ketchup, mayo, and cheese. And mayo and onion, and cheese only. We got the bag and the two wrong burgers were mustard, ketchup, and cheese. Im sick of these people demanding $15 a hour when they obviously can't work for the money they get now. I for one am done eating mcdonalds around where I live in myrtle beach and anywhere close. I'd rather go to Burger King.
