  Waited 20 minutes for an inside order then had to have them remake the bagel because it was hard as a brick and my frappe's was watered down.

  Very disappointed with my experience. We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and while I understand employees are getting ready to end their shift, that doesn't mean customer service and food quality should go out the window. The staff were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. The food was even worse. We only had about a 5-minute drive home, and everything was already cold. The fries were soggy, cold, and clearly not fresh. The chicken nuggets were old and cold, and the rest of the meal wasn't any better. It honestly tasted like the food had been sitting around for quite a while before it was served. To make matters worse, my husband didn't even receive the burger he ordered. Between the rude service, cold food, stale fries, old nuggets, and incorrect order, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've had. Being open until a certain time means customers should still receive fresh food and decent service until that time. Paying customers shouldn't be treated differently just because they came in before closing. Hopefully management addresses these issues because this experience was completely unacceptable.
