  Super slow and disorganized. Tried it twice. Both times waited for close to a half hour for a simple breakfast sandwich. Never ever seen so much disorganization in a McDonald’s. Very poor management that obviously is out of their depth.

  4/5 Stars – Reliable McDonald’s stop, but not quite perfect 🍔 Stopped by the McDonald’s on Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach last night after a long beach day and it did the job. The drive-thru was quick (under 5 minutes even at dinner rush), and my order came out hot and mostly accurate—Big Mac, large fries, and a McFlurry hit the spot exactly like I remembered from a thousand other visits. The fries were crispy and salty, the burger was juicy with that classic special sauce, and the McFlurry was thick and chocolatey. Everything tasted fresh and on-point, which is exactly what you want from McDonald’s. The staff was friendly too—one kid even double-checked my order at the window with a smile. Place was clean inside, AC was blasting (huge plus after being out in the heat), and the self-serve drink machine worked great. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars: the fries cooled off a little faster than usual on the drive back to the hotel, and my McFlurry had a couple of those weird ice chunks that didn’t mix in all the way. Minor stuff, but noticeable when you’re paying $12+ for a combo these days. Overall, solid fast-food classic that delivered exactly what I expected. Great for a quick, satisfying meal when you don’t feel like cooking or hunting down something fancy. I’ll definitely hit this location again on my next trip. Would recommend if you’re craving the golden arches—consistent and convenient, just don’t expect gourmet magic. — Hungry beachgoer who got what he paid for

  We are big McDonald's fans. And normally this location is on point. Let me specify that this was a Sunday around 945 and where we had no problems in the past today sucked horribly. I should have known better when I saw all the people waiting around but I still put an order in the kiosk. The ticket printed out the time 10:00 am we finally walked away at 1045. I didn't want to cause a scene like I saw another lady do. But it was pretty impossible to get anyone's attention to get a refund. Luckily the food came out but I just noticed that it was missing a sausage mcmuffin, so yeah still no breakfast for me. Highly doubt we will come back here especially not on Sunday. Beware.
