  If I could give a -100 I would after the manager cussed me for asking why we were waiting on our order for over an hour this happened then he told us calling corporate won't do us any good because it'll go straight to him, they spit in our food!! They took the bag to the back after it sat behind the counter in our view ready to go for 30 min they took it in the back and spit in it! The whole order was wrong nobody was wearing name tags! Nobody would give their name except the rude manager u can hear the other customer in video confirm hlthe manager was cussing us!!! Worst McDonald's EVER!! everyone here waited over an hour for their food cause they were trying to get drive thru time down it was at 300 seconds so they were marking orders completed before they were completed and messing every order up!! I'll NEVER GO TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN THEY LOST A LOT OF MONEY WITH US WE VACATION THERE MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR WITH A FAMILY OF 10!

  I guess it's this generation of workers so who is to blame really LOL but customer service is just TRASH. Workers rolling their eyes, serving cold food and acting like they don't know how to fix the problem. This is embarrassing. Hate to see what the next generation brings if it's this awful now.

  The guy in the second window was incredibly rude. We were asking for sauce and a cup for our toddler so he could drink his chocolate milk and the guy kept closing the window in our face and then would roll his eyes and laugh when we tried to ask him for anything. We went through around 2:50pm on July 4th will never be back if that’s how they treat someone who just wants a cup.

  The manager on duty tonight was the one to package our order. She forgot two mcchickens so we sent my brother in law to go get them from inside, which she then proceeded to get loud about it saying she knows she put them in there when she clearly didn’t. we brought the bag in for proof and she got them remade but was very loud and angry about the whole thing and was yelling in the back about us, making comments like “if you’re broke just say that.” It would not have been that big of a deal if she didn’t make it out to be. If she hates her job that much she shouldn’t work there.

  So here's a thing I normally like McDonald's. I've been to this particular location a couple of times, never had a problem, haven't been in a while. I go through the drive through.It's about 10:45 pm. So I order a number three, I speak those words, "a number three" with a large size and a sweet tea. I pull into the parking lot.I go to eat it.\n, they forgot my fries.I go back in, the girl plotly asked for receipt.I produce it.They had only rang it up for a burger sandwich and a sweet tea, my mistake for not checking the receipt, but they took the order down wrong regardless. The girl was nice about it.She gave me a fried. Problem solved. I go back out to my car.I begin eating my meal.The hamburger is disgusting, the burgers , dry and tasteless, it all, let's taste like it had been cooked earlier and had been sitting awhile, I am short order line cook.So yes , I know what it tastes like when they do that, and it just was just nasty. I go to take a swig of my tea. It's unsweet tea, again not what I ordered. I go to eat my fries , and they're half cooked, i can taste the uncooked frozen potato. I don't know what they're doing in there , but they're doing it all wrong. I will say that the lady that I talked to at the counter was very polite. I think she was from South America, she had the accent. She was very nice, but that's the only thing that had going for them. I probably won't come back to this McDonald's.For a long time , I hope they fix the problem.
