  As soon as we got in the line behind other cars, you guys decided to not serve us. Turned the lights off, and made us wait in line to tell us you were sorry but were closing. I would have appreciated to have been told in advance prior to sitting and waiting and then having the lights shut off on us at the menu of the drive through. Not good communication or customer service.

  Workers are awful and food is below average. Got big breakfast with hotcakes and hotcakes meal and not NO SYRUP and NO PLASTICWARE to eat it with. By the time we got back to the room and realized, it was too late to go back. The food would have been very cold and, no thanks. The issues started when we got there. They couldn’t even find out mobile pick up order. Just poor quality workers, no customer service skills, and clearly poor work skills as well. Maybe it’s just poor management. Time to get new workers. And clearly after seeing the other one star reviews, maybe they do need to make some changes.

  Took 25 mins to get our food. Which was a 10 piece chicken nugget 6 piece chicken nuggets and 2 snack wraps meals when asked the girl working behind the counter said we are waiting on food and they weren’t even busy then had to ask for our cups for our drinks and got a attitude with that. And everything was lukewarm.
