  Food was great, service was weird and not the best. A lot happened, but to keep it short… It was very slow in the restaurant. I asked for a water 4 times before I finally got it right before we left in a to go cup. I got questioned about my ID (I was born in 2002) provided a second form of ID and got a beer. I would’ve gotten a second beer but our server never came back. When she came for payment, I was questioned about my debit card- my name is the same on all forms of ID and on my card. Just weird behavior overall. And very bad/slow service considering how empty the restaurant was. The food was great though.

  This place is horrible my family of 5 have been sitting for 1 hour and 30 minutes already and 4 other tables have gotten food that have came after us which includes 2 tables of 5 and a party of 36 which came way after us plus we arrived at 5:30 and the food finally came at 7:30 it took 2 hours for food 😒 very disappointed by this place. Do not go here if you have little kids! The wait takes a while.waiter was nice but by the time we got food I was very very hungry.

  The food was about as expected, nothing spectacular, drinks were small and pricey but the service was great! Our server was Addie and she was patient with our chaotic children and kind throughout the whole experience. Im just visiting so I wont be by often but next time we are in town, if she is working we will likely return. One more thing id like to add is that they have a clause on the bottom of your bill- if you pay by credit card ot a debit card that had a visa or mastercard logo they will charge an additional 18% to run the card. Ive never seen that. It was weird.

  We visited on a Thursday evening after having read reviews and were expecting a good evening.. When we walked in there was mess all over the floor and not just one area but all over of straw paper tops and food. We ordered drinks and they were served in a take out cup!!! I asked for a glass then when I transferred the drink it didn’t even fill my glass as soooooooo much ice. I wouldn’t mind if it was a soda but a juice at $4:50 this is so wrong as no free re fills. My wife had the Huli huli chicken what she said was very nice. I had a mushroom burger but the mushroom was bigger than the burger! Very disappointing and at nearly $20 I would have rather gone to Mc Donald’s and that’s saying something. Plenty of other restaurants that do far better burgers. Also the waitress was in such a hurry for us to leave I just think they want a high turn over of people through the door so in and out as quickly as possible. Would never go back and we have been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 5 years now

  I got to the restaurant and was told it’s a 15-20 minute wait for a table. Not a problem, we go find a bench to sit on and 2 minutes later I got a text telling us to go in. Things are looking great, right?? Wrong!!! We promptly place our order and receive our drinks, so far everything has been perfect! I look around and I notice out of the 8 tables around me I gazed upon, only 1 of those tables were actively eating food. Strange but could be a coincidence. We end up waiting , quite literally, over 50 minutes for our food. This may be slightly understandable if you’re busy and are serving a large party, however it was just my sister and I. We each ordered chicken tenders and fries (which do not come with the chicken tenders, you have to order them separately). The chicken tenders were burning hot and we had to wait 5 minutes before we could eat them, and when we could they had hardly any flavor at all. The fries were room temperature, not seasoned whatsoever, not even worth eating. The ranch served with the food was extremely plain with no black specks in it at all. The cost for 8 chicken tenders and 2 pathetic servings of french fries? $50. Tip not included. I did leave a tip despite the slop I was served, she didn’t cook the food. She did, however, not want to refill my water for the entirety of my meal for some reason. My receipt also notified me of a surcharge added to credit cards (amount undisclosed) and needed to use my debit card which isn’t a huge deal but strange. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is the hostess and waitress were kind and very polite.
