Food was good. The mahi mahi was excellent and highly recommended by the waiter. My boyfriend got a seafood boil and enjoyed it. The drinks were alright.

Visited the restaurant located at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach. No lines to get in the week after Labor Day. We enjoyed the king crab legs, snow crab legs, and dungess crab. I enjoy their crab boils. The manager came out to greet us and made sure we were served well. Looking forward to going back.

Great food! Kristy was a very friendly and attentive server! My son enjoyed the kids snow crab pot. I order salmon every time that I eat here - i love the honey mustard sauce. We are never disappointed eating at Joe's crab shack! The seafood pot with the boil sauce was yum, real Cajun Crabs and Seafood, the corn was sweet and the crab was tender

I had the crab cake appetizer and it was fabulous! Full of crabmeat! My husband had the fish and chips and he said it was really good. He doesn't eat cole slaw, so he gave that to me and it was so good, I'm picky about cole slaw, but I would eat theirs anytime. Def recommend!

I’ll be the first to admit that my expectations are pretty high, but this place was — at best — average. We ordered clam chowder, a fish sandwich, a shrimp and fish plate, and fish tacos, and not one of us left satisfied. Did we die? No. But we all ended up with heartburn and a churning belly. Additionally, it was slow. So slow. 2 hours for lunch when the dining room is practically empty is inexcusable, but our waitress seemed extremely disinterested in being there to begin with. She was kind enough, but between the speed of service and the fact that she didn’t smile once during our two hour endeavor, I couldn’t bring myself to rank it more than 3-stars. The restaurant itself is kinda cool, featuring plenty of cool pictures and things to stare at while you wait for your sub-par food praying for your waitress to show you a glimmer of excitement.
