  Ordered tonight from Jimmy John’s and while it’s usually pretty good, today apparently the chips and the drink that I ordered were optional. I could see forgetting maybe 1 item, but both just shows carelessness. Do better.

  I visited today and the customer service was magical! The food was served quickly to me as if i were a goddess of upmost stature, and it was greatly appreciated by my taste buds. :) 😋😸

  I saw a hair in my food and they drenched that thing like crazy all the people do is vape also in the back and outside

  Our sandwiches were perfect and leaned on the better side of JJ visits, but the cucumber salad was awful. It was drowning in sauce but also the cucumbers were extra bitter, as if they were past due or something. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I forgot to get one of the sandwiches cut in half. The atmosphere was fine, it just wasn't anything "extra" like some of the 5🌟 JJs we've been to. Bathrooms were still clean, just toilet paper wasn't on the rolls, stuff like that. We'd still return to this location, nonetheless. We love JJs!

  3:30 pm on 2/27/26 my first time ever being a Jimmy John's customer was very amazing. The staff (2 young males) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great attitudes. The 2 subs were made in record time and made perfect. The manager I hope sees this review because he should be very proud of himself for choosing these 2 employees. My wife and I are employed at a large medical office and I and everyone will be visiting Jimmy John's frequently from today on. Thank you Jimmy John's for a very great experience.
