    I came up there because I was lured up there by an ad that said the vito amongst other orders were $5.99. I was charged over $8 for the order and then when I discovered it. They said it's because I didn't ask for it. When I called about it all they said that they were Sorry. They didn't offer to refund me or give me a credit or do something to make it right. I told them this was a rug pull in a way to get false business and all they said is that I as a customer have to ask for it even though they advertise for it. Be careful with this place! I called up there to professionally address it and basically they said it's your problem. It's not our problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. Even though we advertise it, you were supposed to ask for it even though they're advertisements doesn't tell you to do so. I called to simply professionally address it. Sorry, it's your problem not ours. Response to the review was typical. Never let me make it right, look at every response they give. Give. I will just communicate with management or with the store or with the employees... It's never I'm sorry. How can I make it right..... It's just a bunch of BS passive responses from somebody whether it's the owner or a manager..... But they never respond with. How do I make this right? Or I want to make this right. It's just sorry for our mistake. Your loss you're on experienced... I will address this... But it doesn't make anything right? It's just a bunch of BS and sweeping under the rug

    At the 4210 location we made a mistake ordering online. The amazing staff (Alfred and Thomas) made sure to help us out. They gave us top tier service and fixed our upset for us. These two gentlemen went above and beyond. Highly recommend🤗

    A lot of lettuce 4 cucumbers not much turkey a few rings of onions plenty of mayonnaise….. just not a good sub!

    Ordered tonight from Jimmy John’s and while it’s usually pretty good, today apparently the chips and the drink that I ordered were optional. I could see forgetting maybe 1 item, but both just shows carelessness. Do better.
