  The plus-sized lady with the buffalo hump at customer service is the absolute worst. I was there to perform an Instacart return (NOT EVEN A PERSONAL ONE BTW), and she was incredibly hostile. It’s not my fault her life’s miserable; I’m just trying to do my job and follow the app's instructions. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for her to realize that I’m also just working, it’s not like I’m thrilled to be there looking at her unpleasant face. I understand the situation can be a hassle, but the customer is giving me a hard time too, yet I’m not treating anyone like trash. The second lady was helpful and did her job, though the overall energy at that desk felt judgmental as if they were questioning the legitimacy of the order or our presence. To be clear, the rest of the staff has nothing to do with this; I've actually never been treated this way at any other Food Lion location.

  We love this store, super friendly employees and everyone is extremely helpful. The store is always very clean and stocked with the items we need! A big thanks to Grant, Ashley, Kathy for always being so kind😊

  How this Foodlion doesn't get a 10 out of 5 is beyond me. Staff there is always kind and courteous. Every single person i see working there is steadily working to do their best to provide great customer service. From the folks working registers to the unsung heros that stock shelves relentlessly I dont think we as a general public could ask anymore of these folks. Prices always vary due to market cost, yet Foodlion is by far the most affordable option near or around this area. People working there are top shelf all the time! Be grateful....I most certainly am!
