  This Food Lion is really good. It is clean, well organized, and had plenty of pre-packaged fresh lunches/dinners for travelers . Prices are as expected.

  I've been a loyal Food Lion customer for years, and I've always had positive experiences until recently. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had with a cashier named V has been unpleasant. During my most recent visit, there was a mistake involving a box of Froot Loops that wasn't part of my purchase. I tried explaining that the item wasn't mine, but she simply stared at me without responding. When I removed the item and set it aside myself, her attitude immediately became worse. She started handling and throwing my groceries around in a way that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This isn't an isolated incident. Every encounter I've had with V has been a negative experience, and it's disappointing because I've shopped at Food Lion for years and have never come across an employee who consistently provides such poor customer service. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer-facing employees should be able to communicate respectfully, listen to customers, and handle transactions accurately. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers don't have to deal with the same experience.

  The second time I tried to send money to my friend in my own country, the male staff didn't require me to show my passport/I.D. But this third time, different employee, a big lady with the droopy eyes didn't let me send money to my friend. She said she needs to see my I.D, but the other employee last time didn't need to see my passport/I.D. He just taught me how to send the receipt and western union will automatically send the money I sent to my friend physically. I am a J-1 student here working legally. And I asked what time they'll close, she said 10pm. So now I have to go back and get my passport but it's already late. And the first lady who assisted me made an error, she made it "money order". I explained her that I just need the receipt one with the code but she still manage to make an error. Terrible, inconsistent and unknowledgeable makes the company/business bad. Please fix this. Thank you.
