- JSJohn Dayag SalvaMay 9, 20261.0The second time I tried to send money to my friend in my own country, the male staff didn't require me to show my passport/I.D. But this third time, different employee, a big lady with the droopy eyes didn't let me send money to my friend. She said she needs to see my I.D, but the other employee last time didn't need to see my passport/I.D. He just taught me how to send the receipt and western union will automatically send the money I sent to my friend physically. I am a J-1 student here working legally. And I asked what time they'll close, she said 10pm. So now I have to go back and get my passport but it's already late. And the first lady who assisted me made an error, she made it "money order". I explained her that I just need the receipt one with the code but she still manage to make an error. Terrible, inconsistent and unknowledgeable makes the company/business bad. Please fix this. Thank you.
