The original driver was replaced, and the new driver informed me that the order had apparently been taken and was no longer available. After that, multiple drivers were sent to pick up my order, and each one told me that the restaurant refused to remake it.I want to be clear that the drivers were all very kind, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to explain what was happening. Unfortunately, I was left empty-handed with no food despite waiting for my order.Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this location through Uber Eats. The order was for 40 dollars worth of food. Uber Eats wanted first a 35 cancel fee. I was lucky and able to call and finally cancel. The situation was handled poorly, and both the drivers and I ended up frustrated. Would recommend dining in or pick up.
