The employees inside are too busy talking and not paying attention and we have never gotten an order from here that is correct. The line is always wrapped around the building as the sense or urgency is beyond the staff's ability and comprehension. Dunkin makes it so very difficult to directly contact a district manager or proprietor and here's to hoping one of them see this. This particular Dunkin location is the reason we go to the one in Murrells Inlet only and also the reason when our office needs a Dunkin run we send an employee out to get it from the 36th Ave. location. Today my brown sugar shaken espresso lacks all things... no espresso, no brown sugar. It is simply iced coffee and no flavoring. This particular location needs a serious overhaul.

Why do they have an order-ahead and online-order option if I still have to wait in line behind everyone who is just now ordering? You should have one lane for people who ordered ahead and another for everyone else. And to the redhead who was rude to me this morning because I didn’t go through the line and pulled directly to the window: you just lost a customer who comes to this location every day, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes orders for my entire dealership. I’ve been a regular customer here, but after the way I was treated this morning, I’m taking my business to another location. So, suck it. ✌️ Peace.
