I already paid for a more expensive product and I get a regular coffee instead! They refuse to help me get a refund or money back for the difference. Also drive-thru is always always slow.

I did pull in and take up 2 spots because I was in a truck and the drive through was very close, my bad. I ran inside for 2 doughnuts and before I even got to order, the workers were in a panic about me parking in" The managers spot" unmarked of course..... I was in there 2 minutes, came out to her car parked over the line to intentionaly make it harder for me to get out. We said to her we were sorry, the spot wasnt marked,she replied "it doesnt need to be " . Just to be clear, there was 2 empty spots next to her. Regional management needs to retrain her and look at her practices. I love my coffee but will never revisit this one.

Like a bunch of children working here… and they don’t even know the menu, reading item for item off the giant menu they have pictured outside and the employees don’t even know what I’m talking about. Train your employees and stop hiring disrespectful people. Bad business.

I would say the only downfall people complain about is the wait, but they were very very busy inside and out. The front lady was so kind with helping me use my reward and another lady made my boyfriend a cappuccino even tho the machine was taking a while and they were super busy. The staff is friendly and the store is also very clean!
