- ALAmanda LeeMay 6, 20261.0I have zero idea why I keep trying to order from this location thinking it'll be a better experience. Each time it gets worse. The kids that work at the Carolina Forest location are mean. They are terrible to customers when there is absolutely no reason to be. We order from the app the order is always wrong. So not only do we get dirty looks and a huge attitude just by pulling up to the window. They then get super pissed because they have to correct it. Lord don't get me stated if you have a donut or pastry. Other than the wonderful lady with the fun colored hair she is literally the sweetest when you go in to order, someone needs to be checking on this franchise.

I was very happy to be moving right next to a Dunkin. I’m no longer a customer, sadly. The drive through line takes @ the very least 15 mins whether there’s 1 car or 5 cars ahead. I’ve left after waiting 20 mins for a single cup of iced coffee. Any food I’ve gotten is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like chemicals & usually burnt. I’ve tried going into the store & more than once I’ve stood there with no other customers & completely ignored for minutes & walked out. Staff - rude, clueless, greasy & dirty looking
