- DMdavid maniconeOct 4, 20261.0Ordered a pumpkin spice coffee. Was asked if I wanted that iced, which I appreciated, but told them hot coffee with extra cream. Step aside to let the other people in line order, they all received their order while I was still waiting for mine. Young gentleman handed me a pumpkin spice, hot latte with four shots of vanilla and four shots of pumpkin, told him that was not my order. There were six people standing behind the counter. None of them seem to concerned that the order was wrong ended up just taking the Latte just to get out of there

She has such a bad attitude. This location never has things in stock especially baskin robins new flavors. Thats not the employees fault i know. But i made a mobile order. I pull up to the drive thru and she says they dont have a flavor of coffee that i ordered and just stares at me. We asked for a different flavor she huffed and made it. Then she didnt give me my food so i said oh sorry we had some food too. Rolled her eyes and got it. The previous time i ordered through the drive through directly and asked for whatever new sundae they had. I pulled up she said they didnt have that flavor i said its fine ill just get my money back, because she had already taken my money. I tried to ask for a receipt after getting my drinks and she just walked away.
