- TTTaylor Thompson1 day ago1.0The past few times that I’ve been at this location, my service has been horrible. Everyone working seems like they’re having the worst day of their lives. As someone who has worked in the food and service industry, i understand that it can be exhausting and you can deal with people who are rude to you. Given that, I always try to be understanding and quick. However i’ve never been met with anything but attitude. I went in today to get a medium iced coffee. that’s it. And the young lady, Keria, at the register seemed like i asked for everything on the menu. Then, when I went to pay, she hadn’t clicked for it to go through so i was waiting for the machine to take my card. She looked at me like I was an idiot before i said that it wouldn’t take my card. Then I wasn’t given a receipt which I use to get my points. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had a bad experience and I’m tired of it.

I realized that I left my wallet and wanted to use Apple Pay..after telling me an iced macchiato isn’t what I ordered …. She acted a if I were a bother and VISIBLY showed it. Now I know why I don’t mind taking the extra drive to Starbucks…They’re more expensive and a farther drive but their customer service is worth it. I will never be back.

The kids that work at the Carolina Forest location are mean. They are terrible to customers when there is absolutely no reason to be. We order from the app the order is always wrong. So not only do we get dirty looks and a huge attitude just by pulling up to the window. They then get super pissed because they have to correct it. Lord don't get me stated if you have a donut or pastry. Other than the wonderful lady with the fun colored hair she is literally the sweetest when you go in to order, someone needs to be checking on this franchise.
