- KMkylie maxfieldApr 26, 20261.0This place is awful if I could give it zero stars, I would just based on customer service alone. I placed a delivery order that showed up 45 minutes late. I tried calling the store and was on hold for over 10 minutes trying to switch the order to become a pick up, since they never answered the phone, I just went there. The manager or whoever the man was that was working, had an extreme attitude whenever I showed up and asked for my order since I wanted to pick it up instead of waiting even longer for it to be delivered. I asked for a tip refund and delivery fee refund and he told me that he couldn't refund anything since the guy was supposedly on the way to my house but forgot to update their app. (i watched the dude leave their parking lot). I said that if I was going to pay someone to deliver something, they're gonna do it so I had the driver still deliver it to my house even though I was at the Store. and the man, I was speaking to really didn’t like that and just walked away. unless you like your pizza soggy cold and 45 minutes late or even if you like people that are rude. I highly recommend that you do not order from this place. oh and the pizza that was delivered was tampered with And just not good
